Average post office. Run-down that's for sure, but they do their jobs and staff and its drivers are always friendly or at least without issue.

Update your phone number. I have been jumping through hoops to try and get ahold of someone. Says wait time is an hour on the phone. Its 11 in the morning on a Monday, they are not that busy. So frustrating.

Mailed ,an envelope week ago on Friday ,to Caledonia Michigan ,still not there. Trying to call them no one answers the phone . Was told it was supposed to get to them last Monday . What is going on with mail delivery ???

Great Customer service from those who have taken care of my mailing needs. I agree with the other reviews on here about the long line complaint as that could be simply solved by just opening up the other customer service window, which is next to the other one! Place seems to have a small crew working constantly.

Somali refugee come here with kids to show them what life was like back home. This place reminds me of general Midwest, filled with pot holes, economically depressed, angry and underpaid employees, no future.

When I first moved to Parchment it took quite a while for my mail to be forwarded to my address. And it couldn't be found elsewhere either. That aside. The staff inside the store are pretty helpful. My mail lady is wonderful and knows who we are on the street and always says hi and has a smile on her face. Real nice.

Terrible customer service, long lines, constantly getting others people's mail in my PO box, and they have lost multiple packages of mine. Extremely unorganized.
