We went into the store to see about a upgrade and from the minute we walked in it seemed like the two employees couldn’t be bothered. They were really rude and unhelpful. We ended up leaving without anything because we didnt like the customer service. It was right before closing time so we are thinking that was one of the reason they were rude. I will never come back to that store again.

Sean and Logan helped me so much with my new phone. Been to 2 other stores 4times. Sean and Logan fixed my phone and showed me how to do it myself. The best part was they did so caring and nice. Will be going back to this

The worst Verizon store I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. They could not have been more unhelpful if they had worked next store at Jimmy John's. Went in to try and get a box or return my daughter's trade in phone. THEM "Sorry we don't deal with trade ins that were purchased from corporate stores" ME ," Do you know where there is a corporate store." THEM "NOVI," ME " Where in Novi?" THEM "I don't know." Just staring at me. I was not rude, gave no attitude, but that customer service rep needs to be checked.

Your staff at Milford verizon is amazing!. I have never been disappointed. Angela goes way above of what is expected for customer service. She worked and guided me through a long process with my phone for 2 days in a row. This woman deserves a raise!!. I also had Sean one day and he was also patient and fantastic. I will always come to the Milford location for all my phone needs. Thank you for having such great customer service. It is so appreciated

Walked in the store in desperate need of an upgrade. Reassured by Angela stating "I got you!" Received personal and professional help by all 3 staff working. As an RN appreciated the attention to sanitize and clean the writing tablet by Frank before I signed my signature. Sean was very patient and knowledgeable. Great experience at this store!

I arrived about 15 minutes before they closed. Laura was the employee at the time and she treated me like I was the first customer of the day. Great attitude! She was very patient and helpful. The manager on duty was also extremely polite and made me feel welcome. This is the only Verizon store I will shop at.
