Cashier handling food without gloves while also not wearing shoes. Nasty attitude towards Hispanic laborers that come for lunch. Seriously, the owner needs to reevaluate their hiring decisions. Stop hiring ghetto people.

Luis is a manager here at the 7/11 great guy he helped me out when I forgot my gas and he also made me fresh food when I got some food that wasnt so fresh and I told him about it he didnt hesitate to make right your awesome Luis thank for all of your hard work at the 7/11 & for being such a great manager

I have not tried frequenting this gas station for cigarettes in the early hours of the night/morning for some time, but today I tried again to buy smokes here and the door is locked with a bicycle lock and no one answers the phone. They didn’t even leave a sign saying they’d be back like they did in the past. My advice to the owner is to find another business because this one you aren’t very good at.

I have tried frequenting this store at all hours of the night and it’s supposed to be 24/7 but every time I seem to go in the middle of the night the cashier has blocked the door with a broom. If you bang on the door no one answers and no sign is listed for when they’ll be back so my guess is the cashier is in the storage room sleeping, and if you call the phone number listed it doesn’t answer and gives you not even one ring which tells me they’re unplugging the phone to get their sleep! This is the most poorly managed gas station/convenience store in the area! I highly recommend you get there before 12AM otherwise you will find the broom blocking the door and be S.O.L.!!! Pathetic.

Oof... I usually don't leave bad reviews, but trust me, just don't. There are enough other gas stations nearby to save yourself this trouble. First, I went inside and asked for $25 on pump 11. I handed the cashier 2 20's, and she must've hit the wrong button because she then looked at the screen very confused and was trying to do the math for my change on her fingers while pulling random bills out of the drawer. I had to tell her myself that my change was $15. (This is after the manager was basically harping on and making fun of the older lady in front of me in line for having to come inside and pay because she had self-admittedly put her card in wrong at the pump and got locked out of using it. She already knew she'd made a mistake and he was being a jerk about it. You're in customer service, knock it off. But I didn't say or show anything because it wasn't my business, just paid and headed to the bathroom. It was a total mess in several ways, and to top it off had no soap or even hand sanitizer. When I asked that sane manager politely if he could refill it he grumbled "just come back here" and pointed at an employee sink behind the counter right next to some cooking food. Hmmm, kinda gross and unprofessional to invite a strange customer with unwashed hands back there rather than actually filling the public bathroom's soap, but in general I was just grateful to wash my hands so ok whatever. I finally go out to the pump where my boyfriend was waiting to fill up. He said the payment hadn't shown up and went back inside himself because I told him about everything and wasn't excited to go back in there. They proceeded to tell him that I had not just been inside and paid for the gas to pump 11. Only after he mentioned the $15 I had to tell her to give me back did either of them "remember" I had just been there. They were trying to make him pay all over again. All this ridiculousness and they didn't even have the excuse of it being that busy inside. As I said, there are other better options. Do yourself a favor and go to them instead.

Very rude cashier that would rather eat and ignore customers. I expressed my concerns to management since this isn't the first time I've had issues with this cashier. Manager/owner didn't seem to care. I will not patronize any business where I'm not treated with respect!

Wish I could leave less than one star. This place is amateur hour. I can’t imagine any other established on this planet being more mismanaged. Place is disgustingly dirty. Fountain drink machine is functional 50% of the time. Good luck finding cups and drink covers if the machine is functional. Manager clearly doesn’t know how to stock inventory because they’re always out of everything they sell the most. I’m certain my 7yo son could manage this place better than whoever is doing it currently. Really wish one of the bigger and better convenient store / gas stations would buy this place out. Lastly this might be the only place in Charlotte that could care less about people wearing masks.

I tried to get a refill with a 52 oz cup and they tried to charge me too much and not what the sign says. I asked about itit a Sheena wants to lecture me, tell me the sign is wrong and says it is not a big deal but gets all upset when I questioned the price. She tells me that sincesmy cup is not a 7/11 cup their system can't correctly charge me. I was amazed at her attitude and how she made it obvious that I was inconveniencing her. I have over 12000 points amd goto other 7/11 a lot and always get a refill. Needless to say I will not be going back to this one. It was pretty sad
