I came back to this particular Verizon store because of the Tech advisor Chris. He is beyond awesome, informative, educational, and understands the problem and knows how to fix it. There’s no hard sell or pressure to buy something you don’t really want, and more importantly something you don’t really need. Chris gets two thumbs up from me and is the reason I stay with Verizon👍👍

I've done business with this store for many years and I am always pleased with their customer service. I want to give recognition to the gentlemen that helped me today. His name was Nik, and he was very professional, kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed! Once again, I have to say, this is the only Verizon store I would recommend. Thank you Nik! You did a GREAT job!!

Be Warned!! If your salesman takes unscheduled days off when your phones come in, no one will help you. I called 3 times, no one would call back. I was told they do not have a manager. We waited a week for phones, I can see the day they were delivered but days later, I cannot get them. Our salesman Nik said I would have the phones before my surgery but then didn't come to work. Save yourself the trouble and go to an actual Verizon store. This store is not! They do not care about bad reviews because they just bury them with fake reviews from their friends.

It didn't matter who we talked to, they took the time to walk us through each item patiently. Hard to find good customer service anymore, you'll get it here. Great job!!
