This the absolutely worst site and app ever as far as buying newly released shoes. On two occasions they have charged me for product they didn’t have in stock. I had to wait several days to get my funds refunded. As a collector and soon to be reseller i will never use this app or site again.

The staff was very helpful when we had a shoe break. They allowed us to exchange for a credit to replace the shoe they no longer had in stock.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! The customer service is completely horrible! My mother and I came here because she needed new shoes, 2 representatives were there and sat at the desk did not acknowledge us and were on their phone. We left then returned and still no response. We had to ask for help and the gentlemen grabbed the show handed it to her then left. Didn't stay to see if they fit or anything just walked away and grabbed his phone. She wanted the shoes but needed to try a different size but no one to help us. Needless to say we left without a purchase. There lost.
