We went there because my son needed a Tenor Sax mouth piece. The customer service was really good and the price was reasonable according to my son's music teacher when we asked her about the cost. We picked up a couple of reeds and cork grease. Paul said he hasn't had Cass Tech students in there in a long time. He usually gets Renaissance HS students. Cass Tech needs to represent!

Love this place sooooooo much. My son has been in band 4 years now and we've got all his other items there like books, Reid's, cleaning items. We rented the instrument at the time but to anyone looking to buy they sell them also for a great deal 😁 🎶🎵 Lets support our local businesses guys. God bless

They were a great help getting my Viola (that was in a closet for years) in good working order. I thought I would need all new stings but only one needed replacing and the guy showed me how to tell if the need replacement. They have a bunch of sheet music for sale that covers a bunch of popular songs

Overall: positive experience, they were up front about the time and cost of the cleaning. Their hours of operation are a little confusing but, communicating with them made it much easier for me to pick up. I am satisfied by the quality of cleaning done to my trumpets. While there was a miscommunication on their part about the cost of cleaning silver plated instruments, they were quick to remedy the price. I would recommend them as pleasant to work with and for providing quality service.

my daughters flute needed fixing. I walked in and they looked at it fixed the string and was not charged, even though I didn’t purchase the instrument from there store and they helped fix the flute. The place I purchased the flute from wanted to charge me $100 just to look at it and whatever they fix. I highly recommend this place . This is my second time coming to this store and will continue to come .
