I went in today to pay my bill and the young man named Jackson was AMAZING! My bill was almost $180 a month and he decided to check my account. Everything seemed correct, and as I was pulling out he flagged me down to tell me he figured out how to get my bill down to only 150 a month. 10 minutes after leaving he called my cell phone and told me my new bill would only be 112 a month from now on! He went ABOVE AND BEYOND and he is HANDS DOWN THE BEST METRO ASSOCIATE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!! This man deserves a raise!!! THANK TOU JACKSON!!!

A few months ago my dad came in and saw Murad. He wanted a basic flip phone so he could stay in contact with us in case he got sick or fell. Murad sold him a $60 plan and tried making him buy a bunch of other add ons without telling him. Murad was very rude and pushy the whole time and my dad was visibly upset when telling me about his experience. I can’t believe anyone would treat seniors this way and practice business so poorly.

A few weeks ago I came in with my husband to switch service over to Metro for both of our phones and possibly look at getting a tablet. We were helped by their female employee (I can’t remember her name). She was pretty nasty to us (especially for it being so early in the morning). I was annoyed because she kept calling my husband by pet names (honey and sweetie). I didn’t appreciate my husband being hit on in front of me. She kept getting off track and wanted to talk about everything not related to providing us with new phones. We ended up walking out after 45 minutes because it was very obvious that she was incompetent and had no idea how to do her job. She didn’t know any of the answers to the questions we were asking and her answers didn’t reflect the research we did on the tablet before we came in, it was almost if she was making it up on spot. This was our first and last time in this Metro by T-Mobile. We ended up going across the street and started a new plan with T-Mobile instead.

I was just in there and me and my best friend went to pay put phone bills and we had exactly enough if we both dropped down to the 40 dollar plan and he said he could do that. I asked way and he said he just can't even though I have dropped it down before and paid more also. He was very rude and was my worst experience I've had with metro.

I absolutely love the service I received from Andrew today! I didn't get the other guy's name but both are awesome there. Sorry Sam's location closed... Awesome person but since we have to go elsewhere, I wouldn't choose anyone other than this Gratiot location!

This was the best Metro pcs I have ever gone to. I purchased a new phone. I didn't feel rushed or persuaded into buying anything. My rep..I think his name is Jacob (he has the earpiercings) was the best. He explained everything to me and was very helpful, knowledgeable and nice. I will definitely go there again.

My husband has needed several things and was always able to get them here. Jacob was always happy to help and has Great Customer Service Qualities. Anything you need just drop by and they will help you out, We go there give them a try you'll go back and when you do tell him I said Hi.
