Steve is a truly helpful person. I had some major issues with an iPhone that he was not actually able to fix, but suggested that I just get an upgrade, as I had mentioned that I was due for one. He finally accepted $20 for his efforts, but only at my repeated insistence. I would never wish to have problems with a phone, but when I do I can tell you exactly where I'm taking it to have it fixed.
