I would never ever go to any other metropcs store beside this one I mean what can I say I wish there was a 10/10. The best costumer service I've ever got was from this location the staffs r amazing very professional on top of their game, I love how they explain everything to you also I wanted to mention that its the most organized store I've ever seen and very clean everything you'll ever need for your phone from case glass chargers usbs speakers bluetooth they have everything everything I was honestly amazed from now on this will absolutely be my go to metropcs store - thank you metro pcs for hiring the best people

Definitely check your phone bill before you pay. They add insurance without you authorizing it. Obviously I'm not the only one they've done this to. Will be looking into what I can do legally. Already filed a complaint with corporate.

Every time I go in to this location its like I'm family they always remember who I am and every solitary time I go in for anything they always give me a deal on something. Customer service is outstanding I have never had any issues with anything a lot of other locations are unorganized don't know where things are or don't have the information to answer questions never had this problem here very professional people.

Absolutely the best metro pcs around they will match and bet anyone's prices and love the staff they r very nice and friendly I went to another metro store they wanted to chArge me 40$ for 8gb I came here and they gave me it wayyyyyyyy cheaper

Well I got scammed for six bucks. Sad and petty. The guy working sells me a phone puts insurance on it without telling me I get my bill it's 66 dollsrs. I call back a month later because my metro still shows i owe 66 dollars and speak to a lady tell her my problem she says "we pay your first mounth insurance for you they should have explained that to you and told you to cancel it before you pay your next bill." Lol oh ok that's funny the guy working didn't mention it once when he was selling me a phone. Also the phone I bought sucks and they didn't try upselling me what's so ever. Also lucky you got 2 stars.

Great start friendly staff authorized dealer they're not a corporate store so can help out with prepares for serious issues with your bill or phone but great deals no problem getting your service started or if you're switching from a carrier out of their way family-orientated company

I paid my phone bill here and they paid the wrong phone number and blocked my number, so i cant evan call there. Worst metro store ive ever been to. They tried telling me a payment takes 7 days to go thru. They scam u for ur money. Worst place ever! Plus the foriegn guy seems like he is on herion or some kind of drugs.
