If I could rate zero stars that would be more accurate. I brought my car here after an accident last year per recommendation via liberty mutual. This has been my experience: It took approximately a month to receive my vehicle, when I did they did not put clips back in my dash and ceiling, my light fixture fell while I was driving as a result. Took it back in and after a bit they fixed it. The vehicle had been making a loud buzzing sound since being repaired so after a bit I brought it back in and was told my heat shield was rotted out badly, and that's where the sound was coming from. I argued because it didn't make sense, garber, more specifically tony and rich told me they would "take care" of me and cut me a deal and do it for around $600. I said no I'll take it elsewhere for a second opinion. After taking it multiple places, each time I was told the heat shields were in perfect condition and not me saying this but another mechanic "that who ever said it was that should not be licensed." Now I call back in to ask why they were trying to charge me $600+ for a heat shield that is CLEARLY in good condition I am told by Rich Perdu (unsure of proper spelling) that he isn't gonna argue with me and that if it was diagnosed then they would fix it, unfortunately that's why insurance paid them somewhere between $6-8k, they weren't paid that much for someone more competent to do their job for them. I mentioned that I felt defrauded and would seek the advice from an attorney and Rich told me "to go ahead" so that alone tells you how arrogant they are. He also had the audacity to call me back and ask if I was still going to bring it in, unfortunately I already "went ahead" as Rich told me to. Updated response: As stated and as you just confirmed, your people falsely stated that it was a heat shield, I did not and will not take it to another business owned by Garber, that would be just plain ignorant, now wouldn't it? I have as stated had it looked at by other certified, HONEST, and competent places outside your zone of influence, who stated the heat shield is in great condition so again I ask, why was your center trying to charge me to fix what was clearly and obviously never broken? I was specifically told "the heat shield is rusted out and falling apart", there isn't a spec of rust in it. I do not trust your business to fix what should have been fixed from day one, especially after you, Rich, in specific were so rude during our phone call last week.

While it was pricey, the price depends on how bad the damage is. But you can also pay a down payment then pay the rest after the repairs are done which is very helpful. I went to them to replace my front bumper and man did they do such an amazing job. I wish I had a before picture cause the transformation is amazing. All and all, I recommend them to anyone and will come back here if I ever need too. Thanks again Garber Buick Collision Center!

My insurance had me bring my car here after i hit a deer. I specifically asked that the front bumper was going to be replaced, he said yes. Was supposed to pick up my vehicle the 12th. It wasnt ready until the 13th and then they didnt replace the bumper they repaired it. I personally wont be bringing my vehicle back to them.

These guys are having a tough time. Took my truck there after a fender bender. The clear coat had air bubbles in it. They forgot to screw the bed liner in and never put the spring tension back in the tailgate for the easy open assist..... I took it back and they put everything together the second time. The clear coat still had air bubbles in it but I didnt want to miss more work to let them try the third time..... Not the best paint job I've ever had.

Little to no communication about my car they had for three weeks. Called me only to ask why my car wouldn't shift.... Hmmmm. Maybe because it was in an accident.... Went to pick up my car and there was a warning light still. Issue isn't resolved. Grill was backordered so they sent me without it. A week later, still no grill and no call. Terrible experience

I'm sure they are just fantastic when it comes to working on Buick and other GMC cars. If you have a Ford or any other brand DO NOT USE, even if your insurance company states you should. Went there for a simple job, but had to go back to have them fix their faulty work the first time. They also did damage to the wiring in my vehicle and my insurance will not cover the cost to fix. They did work with me to fix the faulty blinker that they had stated was fixed the first time but wasn't, but it was not easy to get a mechanic in the door before 8:00 even though they state they open at 7:30. If you can, I would find another place to do your work. I certainly wish I did.
