I bought this bracelet in April 2020 I was told that it’s a type of amber and charged $120 for a thin gold chain and the stone. A few days ago I put the bracelet on and what I was told was real amber is all scratched up now patchy and when I took it to a jeweler close by I was told that it’s plastic not some kind of Amber. Your response has nothing to do with my review you’re say my energy made it change color but it didn’t change color you sold me plastic and it’s peeling like the pictures show. Horrible people

High prices more than the local jewelers. Very unprofessional and disrespectful staff. Not good to deal with! Never spending my money there again.. NOT RECOMMENDED. And DO NOT take any gold jewelry for repair they will steal weight from it.

Beware! Cheats and Scammers!! Went in for a repair on my necklace! The spring ring was broken. The man told me it would be $30 to fix it. He took my necklace to the back came out 5 min later. He said he is only going to charge me $25. Later after putting my pendant on the chain, I realized this wasn’t my chain I gave him to fix! It was a replica of mine , but lighter and thinner! Went back to confront him and the man became very defensive, while the other gentleman was likely aware this happens, cause he was trying to get to the bottom of it! However the man who worked on my chain wouldn’t allow him to! Horrible People! I was trying to support them during these unprecedented times , and I got scammed! Shame! Shame on them!

It was a very bad experience infact the worst. If I could give negative starts I could have. When I went and asked what is the rate for gold per gram they said $68. When I was about to buy the bracelet which I liked after spending 20to 30mins inside the shop. They said the bracelet is $75 per gram. And $68 is only if you buy more than 15grams. If that was the case why didn't theyinform that at first place. Very bad attitude towards business.

I went to these guys for a repair on my necklace, the clasp was broken. They did a great job at a very low cost. Excellent Goldsmith no name brand store can compare to the handy work I've seen here. Most recommended to anyone. Great job guys.
