These guys took good care of me when I needed a new screen for my Galaxy S7 recently. It turned out to need more than they originally anticipated, and they had to get the part from China (an extra 7-10 days of waiting), but not only did they *not* charge me more for the additional work, they gave me two phone cases for free. I'm very pleased with my experience.

The staff was extremely nice an helpful with getn my Phone fixed quickly with a great price. Very clean store and enjoyed the experience. I will definitely be back. This will be my new cell store for phones, repairs, and accessories.

Very customer focused. Traveled 45 miles because of great recommendations. Fixed my i11 screen for $50 cheaper than the chain guys in Ann Arbor. Jail broke an older phone to sell also. Any issues just talk to JR and he will straighten out. Fix while you wait.

SCAM-- Consumer BEWARE. This guy is just trying to rip off hard working Americans while he sits back and makes money off of scamming people. THEY ARE NOT A CERTIFIED APPLE REPAIR STORE although they claim to be. Paid 60 to get my iphone repaired was told it had a 90 day warranty didn't even have the phone back for an hour and the screen started cracking. Took it back and the guy is trying to say I physically damaged the screen and that it's not covered under the 90 repair warranty but he will cut me a good deal and will change the screen for half the price of the original screen. Ha he's pretty funny. SCAMY SCAMMING SCAMER. Hopefully you aren't ready this review after its too late.....don't make the same mistake I did.

Best customer service! Best deals! ALWAYS! The staff works for your happiness no matter what!! Plus they are extremely friendly, the type of store & staff that you know walking into the store you’re going to be greeted, & the staff makes you feel like they’ve known you forever & joke around with you. They always make sure you have a constant smile on your face! Lots of options & extras that most phone stores do not carry!

This place is horrible, I dropped my phone off at 5 he said it would be ready in 2 hours. He then told me they offer a free delivery service so when I waited at home,7 came and went no one showed up. After I called one guy (very helpfully) said my phone hadn’t been touched yet! The guy frank (the reason my visit was so bad) said it would be done by 8:15. Again, 8:15 came and went no phone. After I called 10x he said it would be done AGAIN by 8:50. When no one showed up at 11:30 I was pissed. The next morning when I went to pick up my phone it hadn’t even been touched at all! And the other worker said they don’t even offer delivery services. I did get my money back but the guy frank stole my case and they other worker had to give me a new one.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I went in the store only to look into getting my screen fixed and was told the screen could not be fixed at all. Than I asked about a phone ( bad mistake). I was approved with their leasing service for $800. So I got a iphone 7 plus 128gb that JUNIOR said was worth $1200 but he'll give it to me for $800 which I thought was a good price. I should've know he was shady because he said he'll give me a case and a Bluetooth speaker for free if I get the phone. I did not get a copy of my contract, I did not even sign it, and he claimed the phone was new but I didn't even see him crack the seal on it. So the next day I went to the leasing people website and saw that my phone was not $864 but $980. I called the leasing people and told them that this was not the price i agreed to and was told that JUNIOR should of told me that it's an extra %20 on the phone. So I told the leasing people that I wanted a refund abd they said just take the phone back to the business because there is a 7 day refund and I only had the phone for 1 day. When I got there JUNIOR told me I had to pay them $218 for a restocking fee of the phone so basically I had to pay them $218 to receive a refund even though I only had the phone for one day. I'm going to go back to get the phone today only because I don't want to lose our on money. I'm going to pay it off and NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!

The good reviews here must be fake as this place is definitely a scam. Took my phone in for a broken SIM reader and it took 42 days of getting screwed around for them to finally provide a solution (a refurbished S5, because they actually broke my phone even more), which they only did because I started recording my visits to the store. They never once contacted me about the status of my "repair," and each time I contacted them I would get false/conflicting information about the work being done, when it would be ready for pickup (After not being ready on the original day: "If it's not ready by Monday it'll be free!" It wasn't.), the actual location of the phone (they send it to Sterling Heights), etc. During one visit, after dealing with this shadiness for weeks, another customer and I began talking while waiting and I mentioned the terrible service I had been getting. Frank, of course, was not happy about this and threatened to call the police on me for "harassing his customers," all while calling me a motherf***er and telling me to "go ahead and call the Better Business Bureau" while claiming he "has Mayor Sollars in his pocket." I did call the City of Taylor about this comment. During the last week or so of this ridiculous experience, Frank (portraying this as some sort of favor) said his partner Ace contacted Motorola for a replacement since they broke my phone to the point where it didn't power on. At the store the next day, Ace was working and had no idea what I was talking about. Listen to all the bad reviews and don't waste your time getting conned. I may have gotten a (refurbished) replacement, but it took nearly 2 months of dealing with that greasy liar and showing him I wouldn't relent, as well as losing everything stored on my phone. EDIT: So I never actually used the S5 he gave me (went so long without my phone I had to make other arrangements) until a few days ago, my wife decided to upgrade from her flip phone. The rear speaker does not work, so we cannot hear it ring, or hear any audio through the phone except for calls.

This place definitely deserves zero stars. I purchased a phone in September of 2015. The phone was an iPhone 6plus and It was through AT&T. I was told to wait 7 days for the phone to be unlocked before I was able to get it activated. I waited and the phone was still locked. I went back and was told "oh no you should have waited 10days" so I waited another 4 days just to be safe, it still was on. I was told something else regarding waited longer until I finally was just like I want a refund. I then had to wait for the manager to come in who was out of time at the time. When he got back I came to the store receipt in hand and ready to go. I was taken through a fake refund process in which I never received my money back. This was over 800 dollars. I finally noticed that I never received it then I wads told to wait for a check to come in to the store. Now we are into the new year. I received a letter in the mail notifying me that the check that they sent me bounced. I was instructed to go to the issuing bank that told me that account has been closed. I'm here today to get the check that they owe me, however I still don't know if I will get my money 🙄. Do yourself a favor and just stay far far away. They're very shady. I'm not sure how his employees choose to work for someone like him.

I have only been in a few time but my experience overall was good. They were nice, kinda slow but nice. I've only bought accessories for my phone and the prices were relatively cheap. I would continue to buy accessories but I don't think I would feel comfortable buying phones from him.
