The company I work for has a fleet of vans that we always take to this location because it's usually great service, but when I showed up at 5:40 p.m. I was told that they've already cleaned up and won't be able to do my oil change. The sign right out in front of the building says they close at 6. I get anywhere from 10 to 15 oil changes a year but won't be coming back

It's nearby and usually not crowded because its is hard to notice from the street. There's touch-less car wash and free air for the tires.
