I made the mistake of accepting a position with this company. The work environment is extremely corporate, employees walk on eggshells, live in constant fear, and management is largely incompetent. They ignorantly pursue candidates that have skillsets completely inapplicable to the job description being filled, do not recognize titles, seniority or accomplishments of employees (except management), and as a result provide no upward-mobility. They do not make reasonable accommodations for employee medical issues, provide poor benefits, and violate employment law in their practices relating to discrimination against employees with medical disabilities. On the plus-side, they show favoritism toward women--a big benefit for women, I imagine.
