I had an appointment and was only there for 10 minutes. the lady I spoke with couldn't give me the correct answers for questions about checking accounts. seemed like she had no knowledge about checking accounts or anything I would ask. very unknowledgeable. so i left after 10 minutes . never going back to this location

My wife and I use this bank branch exclusively for many years. We have had excellent service and the tellers are all knowledgeable and efficient. I am very pleased with the move also the new location is great and we are able to get in and out without a problem.

Horrible experience. The bank manager informed us that a bank account could be closed for any reason or no reason at all. We had a business account that they closed after saying they could not get a hold of us which is not true. The bank manager had no interest in maintaining our business.

Trash atm machine stole my deposit of 130 cash. No info on My account all I get is a bonus receipt. Done with us bank . How hard is it to get properly working atm machines? And call customer service? I'm on call 4 rn and they don't have a clue either. I'm dropping you guys after 13 years as soon as this is resolved. Going with a credit union. This has been a downhill Rollercoaster the last 5 years and I want off.

I Bank with US Bank for over 15 years and they never deserved 5 stars from me until I recive assistance from Katy L Wittrock at local branch in Maple Grove. If you looking to get accurate information, excellent service, costumer care than talk to her. Otherwise I will recommend you to go to another branch.

Horrible design and service. Who puts an ATM in the commercial lane? I went to deposit some cash. The line was ridiculously long, then the ATM wouldn't accept my transaction. When a teller finally slammed the commercial drawer into my car to take my transaction after about 15 minutes, not saying a single word to me the entire transaction. While I watch the other teller on her cell phone the entire time. Horrible Horrible service and design at this branch.

In October of 2019 I opened an account with US Bank on the notion that there would be a credit at the end of 90 days for the moneys deposited via direct deposit. Brent the bank manager at the time assured me that I would receive up to $400 as my direct deposits were calculated for their promotion at that time. Well that never happened and there was more than enough direct deposits for this promotion. I called numerous times and got the run around. Finally I was told that the promotion was never added to my profile and that there was nothing they could do about it. Funny thing is they never missed their added fees to my account. I would highly recommend another small community hometown bank because these guys at US Bank are crooks. They tell you anything to get customers to open an account then fail to uphold their promise to deliver. This is fraud! Imagine that; a bank that commits fraud!!! As I see it, you’re worse than the crooks at Wells Fargo!

I would honestly give this branch a ZERO star if I could. Absolutely awful. I dread going to this location. Unfortunately, I have to multiple times a month. I completely understand having to close your door, but at least staff appropriately to conduct business still via the drive thru. Half the time a majority of the drive thru lanes aren't even open. On a GOOD DAY, it takes 30-40 minutes just to do a simple transaction. Sometimes you cannot even wait in line because it is into the main street! It's ridiculous. The GM of this location needs to figure it out.

REALLY SLOW! I was waiting in line and they only had one employee working the front desk. An elderly man asked why some of the other bankers couldn't come help, as we'd been waiting for quite a while and the line was growing out the door. The security guard told him he's welcome to go through the drive-through.....Not the brightest bulbs here. Why did they close the branch as Byerly's?? That one had great service!

Had to make an appt and come back. Then had to make a second appt because wasn’t informed of additional documentation needed. One teller and one banker and waited 45 minutes for our “appointment”. Ridiculous. Will definitely go to a different branch. EDIT: The wait was awful but the banker was great and was only being nice and professional to the people he was working with that took so much time.
