Experienced the worst customer service tonight. Accidentally rang up an item twice and noticed while I was walking out of the store. Walked back in, went to customer service where five women were standing around carts, lights were off in that area. Figured I'd ask who could help me with a credit since I rang up an item twice. A lady told me they are closed so they couldn't help and I'd have to come back tomorrow. I asked how they'll know I didn't actually take two items? The lady said, "because you're here now." I was puzzled. Then I asked if another register could help or if I could get a gift card for the amount since I was not coming back to that store tomorrow because I live in a different state. Then another lady walked up and took my receipt, walked around the desk and said, aren't there Walmarts in your state? I said, yes there are and I'd be happy to take my receipt and go there. I was appalled. She gave me credit, took my receipt and left. Horrible customer service.

This walmart has the level 3 electric car chargers. I wish other walmarts around my area could have them.

The store itself is decent, the employees however never seem helpful, when asked where anything is they have no clue or don't understand what something like fleece is. Quite frankly I'm also fed up with the lines there. Also maybe hire more employees for the checkouts instead of the majority being self checkout, I'm not getting paid or any extra discount to do what someone should be paid to do. (Sorry a bit for the rant)

Horrible do not do pick up! They will take forever and just substitute any idea for what you actually wanted and not tell you they did. Wasted $30 bucks in gas driving there to only find out they don't have what I ordered

Poor customer service. Went to return a merchandise I bought 5 5 days ago. Had receipt and new item. They l customer service girl basically told me she can’t process my return. She said “ I can’t return it, period, what more do you want me to say.”. I left and went to a different walmart, got it processed. Never going her again.

It wasn't easy to find things and lines were incredibly long. Our check out cashier was a young Asian dude and he was really cool. He even tipped me off on a cheaper brand of the same litter and food for the kitten my son and I just got that night.

So its Walmart and the expectation isn’t all that high, but it’s the messiest of any I’ve ever been to. Overstock is kept on the top row of each isle, pallets are left in all the isles unattended, regular stock is out of place, not organized, mixed in with other items, and in many places just laid out in the bulk cardboard case and shoved on the shelf as if it were a Sam’s club. If you can handle the crazy, they have a wide variety of things, but its not the easiest to navigate.

The bakery service sucks here! DO NOT! I REPEAT! DO NOT order from this Walmart!! When you call them no one picks up! when you go in person the bakery employee (African american gal) is just plain rude! If you don't like your job then maybe you should find a new one! You've warned!!!

For as absolutely busy this Walmart was and the fact it was late in the day I thought for sure I was gonna be seeing aisles that had been dug through and not find what I needed. However, I couldn't be more wrong! Every aisle was fully stocked and looked perfect, I found every single thing I needed and quickly. The bakery section had great choices that were well marked with dates and our banana nut muffins were great! Check out was so fast and easy regardless of the amount of other shoppers and every staff I seen was very friendly. Thanks.

If I could give this place zero I would. I have never been to a Walmart that was more dirty, disorganized, or disgusting than this one. Clothing thrown all over the ground, peoples garbage left all over shelves and on the floor. The employees are not helpful in the least- good luck finding something you need. Definitely will drive out of my way to Roseville moving forward.
