I have been going to get oil changes at the Kwik Lube for four years. They have always been quick and customer friendly. Tonight under the mangers breath he called me names and to get off my phone. All while using inappropriate language. I will never go here again. As a women I will not support this establishment.

One of the best car washes I've been to in a while they're not trying to get rich off of you I was able to wash Mike van and use the brush and rinse it and waxed it and Spot Free rinse it for under $4 so I would definitely recommend it

Pulled in 20 mins before they closed on a Friday (yea, I had to be "that person"-I was driving to TX the next morning and really wanted the peace of mind I guess, plus I was overdue for an oil change as it was) sooo, pulling in I cringed a little, as I didn't want to feel unwelcome. I could definitely tell the employees knew it was closing time on a Friday, but to my delight, the owner went above and beyond to make sure I didn't feel that way. As I frantically tried to explain why I was there so late, he assured me several times they'd take care of me and even wished me good luck on my drive. So much to be said about this gentleman's diligent approach to customer service-I appreciated him more than he could've imagined and more importantly, I remember him-and his business. I'm not ignorant to the amount of work it takes to leave that impression, as I am a small business owner as well. Lifetime customer here-5 stars-and an abundance of gratitude!

Automatic car wash on right hand side needs a little work. I still had soap and dirt on my truck. Wash was $10

Quick in and out service but I can honestly say the “customer service” could be a whole lot better. The guy “running the show” is less than professional. Sitting in the car waiting I heard numerous swear words and he must always be having a bad day.

My wife watches our grand kids until 5:30 most days. She came by at 5:45 for a quick oil change and they were already closed. The hours are 8-6. I think it would be great if they actually worked until closing time or even a little earlier or later depending on customer needs. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past and it’s truly pitiful. Never had any problems and they are always very friendly. This one just rubbed me the wrong way I guess.

Awesome place, I've been detailing cars since I was 15 yrs old, Yea that's right I said 15! Well, this was the first place I had visited as an independent self employed trainee and did a full detail on an old 88 or 89 crown Vic, an ex fire dept car that had before that been a police cruiser. It belonged to an old friend of mine that was old enough to drive, as I was not quite, but he gave me 25$ and the keys and I drove it like it was my grandpa's last car, spent about 10$ on the wash, rinse and vacuum cleaner combined, and brought that LTD back looking like it just arrived at the fire station back in the 80's. That was the best 15$ I've ever made in my whole entire life, SO worth it!! One of the best rides ever. And details. And 15$. And friends. And, of course last but not least, CAR WASHES! ✌

I'm currently done going to the car wash. The employees at the oil shop are great. The past two times I've had my car washed, I've left with dirt still caked on my car. I'm not sure if it's the water, but it's really bad when I purchase the most expensive option.

Pulled up around 5:37 and a few guys were sitting around talking. No cars in the bays or waiting. One of the guys walks out by my car not looking too happy. Knowing it's late in the evening I asked what time they close. He looks at his watch and says "in about 5 minutes". Thinking they were probably finishing up closing down for the night i say thanks and head out. So here I am, across the street at Culvers. Doors still wide open, people still standing around and a couple on their phones. I bring up Google and guess what, their hours post them open until 6pm. I get it wad 20 minutes until close, but don't be sitting around with the doors open and the open sign showing if you have no intent on taking in customers.

I love that you get to stay in the car the entire time. You can watch them work. They check and top off all your fluids from windshield washer fluid to transmission and coolant. They also check and fill all your tires. They mentioned I can come back anytime for free fluid check and topping off along with tire filling.
