I've been to this place multiple times to sell some clothes, and every time I've been here, they never buy anything. Yet their selection is limited and their prices are unbalanced. They cherrypick everything to their liking. Don't bother wasting your gas to go there, it's not worth it

They said they were having a sale (25%) but almost everything was excluded from the sale and most of the thing the we’re within the sale were already super cheap.

Not a pleasant experience, sales associate was rather rude. Would not recommend doing business with, And definitely will not be coming back Rather it is to resell clothes or purchase For a boutique that buys gently used clothes, they didn’t accept any of my items which were mostly in good condition, Customer service was definitely poor, Sales associate rolled her eyes and made it seem like I was inconveniencing her by coming in to resell items, Came off very stuck up, also at the time they weren’t even busy. completely unacceptable behavior. Looked around the store While I waited, frankly wasn’t impressed with any of selections they had to offer. My suggestion has a buyer, go to a different boutique or better yet a thrift store before I’d never recommend stepping front into this establishment. As for the owners & management of this establishment I would say get new sales associates whom aren’t rude to customers, & If the woman That I had this interaction with happens to be the owner or management, then I completely understand why the blue Springs location is no longer open for business!! And don’t see how eat this establishment will be open much longer with the customer service that is clearly lacking.

Always a pleasure shopping with the family folks@ beyond exchange!! They have a good eye for quality items, and my teens& I always find something to buy...fair pricing& store always smells clean& fresh!! Plus these people work hard to provide a quality experience for their community❣If you could get a chance to swing by, I'm pretty positive you could write a five star review just like this one!!! Come on & help these folks out! They could sure use the love❤ 😘

Staff friendly and polite. Took in several items to sell and they did purchase a new pair of Easy Spirit flip flop style shoes and a pair of Clark's that had been worn about 10 times for $8.00 which was less than I expected. They want clothes less than 2 years old. Did not see any clothing over xl or size 20 pants. Some of the clothes I took in were from Amazon and Wish and looked just as stylish and in better condition than what I saw there but they did not purchase them just an FYI. Won't be returning

I visited this place in an attempt to sell two Dooney &Bourke purses. The sales person acted like I was suspect or something. She excused herself to the back room and when she returned, she asked me to give her a moment to look them over. When she called for me to come back, she offered me $20 for both, and said “the bags were outdated “! No joke, that’s what I though consignment stores were all about. There was very little new merchandise in this shop, and I saw a barrel style cloth Dooney similar to my pink leather one ,in the display case? I won’t bother to expound on my thoughts about the quality of the stuff they have for sale. Just know, I picked up my bags and left. Later, I sold them on Offer Up for $30 each. I won’t waste my time with this place again.

The prices were a little higher than what I was hoping for but still a great deal. Everything looked to be in very good condition and relatively new. The selection isn't huge but I was still able to find 3 pairs of jeans that fit comfortably. The lady working there was very nice. I will definitely return next time I need clothing for myself and I am recommending it to my friends. Also for anyone looking to sell clothes to them, just so you know they don't buy on Sundays! One poor guy left the store a little disgruntled with a bag of clothes he brought in to sell while I was there. The lady working was very nice about it though.

I stopped in Beyond Exchange yesterday 6/13/19, & had the urge to come back today 6/14/19!! Absolutely love the new store (first time in since they moved) & Lyric, is the best there is!! She was such a huge help yesterday && today! Always fun chatting with her! I was, not only, able to get some great vacation pieces, but some awesome 😎 decor for my daughters Husker Dorm for this fall!I’ll definitely be a regular customer again! I just love everything about this store. The owners are super nice and friendly people. Love the fact you can repurpose your stuff. They offer very far priced when buying your stuff and then pass that back when selling it. Just bought a beautiful silver and coral cross. It was signed by the maker. And their rewards program it the best.
