Two years ago, The Sound Room installed a complete smart home system in our new home as specified by our builder. Everything was expertly completed and worked fine. As it turned out, the builder's equipment was not adequate for the optional loft that we added to the home. Realizing that something was needed for future changes, I met with Alex at The Sound Room. He thoroughly explained exactly what my system did and did not do. In the end, he came up with a great solution which has since been implemented and has made our house able to incorporate a number of new functions. The main point that I want to get across is that the solution entailed getting equipment that was not available at The Sound Room. While I will certainly be buying equipment from them in the future, it was a refreshing display of honesty (that is rare these days) in providing me with a solution that did not result in business for The Sound Room. They have a high level of competence coupled with practical solutions. They deserve your business.

We just had the Sound Room complete a project for us in our family room and our home gym. It consisted of installing a large screen TV and sound system in the family room as well as a smaller TV on a fully articulating mount in the gym with all of the components tucked away in a closet. The job was first rate from start to finish.The team of Amanda, Mike, Rob and JR were professional , courteous, extremely competent and importantly flexible as some of our thoughts and ideas changed throughout the course of the project. We are delighted with the results and can recommend the Sound Room for your home theater needs without any reservations.

JR and Mike did a tremendous job installing a Samsung Frame TV and Sonos sound system at my house 2 hours from St. Louis. It was a tricky fireplace install requiring 2 trips at different phases of construction and they were precise in placement of the mount and devices. Both guys are extremely knowledgeable. Alex in the store was also a great help in educating me on the TV/ sound options and coordinating installation. Sound Room is top notch!

JR and Mike in 3 hours fixed an on going 5 year problem that we had with our home entertainment system that was purchased and installed and serviced by Best Buy! They not only fixed our main problem but they fixed every minor issue we were having and had a very professional and service minded attitude from the time they walked in until they left. We have had our receiver for 21 years. It is brought us much joy. So when we were looking for a place to replace it, we thought about Best buy but we wanted more professionalism when it came to the installation. We knew about the sound room so we thought we'd check it out. We went in and picked out the receiver and they came and installed it today. Rob and Mike were a great team and answered all of our questions plus! I would highly recommend this as a great source for great sounds in your house!

The Sound Room was awesome! We were just starting to finish our basement and wanted a home theatre setup down there. I first talked to Jordan and let him know what our budget was and that hopefully they could come up with something great. Their team came out to look at our unfinished basement to give recommendations and put a design together and they also worked with my contractor on layout, timing, etc. Field Manager Ryan came out before drywall install for the pre-wire and again once drywall and flooring were installed to finish the install of our Sony projector and screen! Some of their recommendations that I initially declined I wish I had moved forward with, but we couldn't be happier with our setup and new home theatre. Huge thanks to Jordan, Ryan and the entire Sound Room team!
