I’m not sure what’s up with this location. The first time I ordered online here it was too late so they just didn’t make my food and I didn’t know about it until I came to pick it up. I just came from Chipotle today and they were horribly rude. I know what it’s like working with the public so I always try to be as nice as I can. I just don’t understand why this Chipotle is so bad compared to others. two bad experiences are enough. I won’t be back.

I stopped in for a burrito. One of the workers accidentally punched through the foil with sharpie when marking the burrito. I asked for the burrito to be remade but another employee told me they would only re-wrap it. I said that I wasn’t comfortable with that, since I didn’t know if any sharpie was already in the burrito. They told me the re-wrap was all they would do. I did not purchase the burrito after that, very poor customer service. Too bad, their food is good most of the time

Ordered chicken bowl and wanted grilled chicken, chicken was shredded which was ok, pay for food and asked for a fork and was told they where out and to eat it with a knife !!Chipotle put the damn sign by the ordering area instead of the cashier, Or how about going to Walmart and buy some forks ,,

I'm really disappointed with this location. They are constantly out of ingredients! I visited on a Monday night at 7:30pm and they were already out of guacamole and chips for the day. They have been out of guacamole most times I've visited recently. It just doesn't make sense.

Server was too quick to put food on the plate as he over heard our discussion of choices: he started plating the food we were trying to discuss, and seemed as though he didn't care to be there. It appeared to be just a job. Also there were only two clean tables in the whole restaurant. It seems to me that the employees don't have an understanding that people on the other side of their serving station are their income. Be cleaner and make the people feel that they are welcomed.

They left guac smeared over a large portion of the container, and I was informed "we are currently not selling chips." What? The food tastes excellent. So today, they had chips, and they didn't smear guac all over the bowl!

Most of the time it's ok but not great. Tends to lack some of the higher Chipotle standards I've seen elsewhere. Case in point... UPDATE 1/1/21... I've been back several times since this unfortunate sour cream shower on my tacos... And they've been great. I know it's tricky making these tacos with utensils designed for bowls and giant burritos but this place has redeemed itself. My tacos have been works of art ever since. Well done. 👏👏

Extremely disappointed, don’t waste your time. Shouldn’t even get one star. This used to be a great location but has degraded so much in the last 6 months. Young man that was new, not only was working the line by himself but clearly had NO training. He definitely should have been shadowing. He gave tiny portions of meat yet heaping portions of rice and beans. He had no idea how to fold a quesadilla (see picture). They were out of one rice and fajita veggies. Very rude individuals working and very poor customer service. They forgot a our chips and charged us for the incorrect meat. I will not be returning until it has been confirmed that they have a better trained staff, significantly improved customer service and managers that care (the one there just shrugged off the one individuals lack of training) . It is quite unfortunate that such good food now has a terrible reputation in our town. It’s not just me, it’s starting to be come a consistent trend. Upper management really needs to come save this place.
