This location is the slowest TB I’ve ever experienced. And they’re “system” is down very often, allowing no one to order food. To have faster service and no “system” errors, I placed an online order. After waiting in the outside line for 14 minutes, I got to the order-speaker and the system was down. Even with an online order, I was not able to pick my food up and had to do a refund.

They were really busy with not a lot of staff on the 4th of July but the way they handled the waiting time was so professional & was beyond nice. The guy at the window kept apologizing & gave an extra drink for the wait time. Great service!

I just went through the drive at Taco Bell in Warrensburg. I ordered a Nacho BellGrande and 2 crunchy taco supremes. At the speaker they told me that the total was $12.28 and asked if I wanted to round up for some sort of scholarship. I said no thank you. When I got to the window to get my food she told me it would be $13.00 even. I asked why and she said you don’t want to round up I said I already told the person taking my order no. She then became very rude. Why do fast food places ask if you want to round up?! They didn’t even really say what it was for. Then when we get home the food was wrong. I tried to call but the phone just rang and rang then when it answered it asked for your remote access code?! I didn’t even get a receipt so that I could call another office or anything! What has happened to customer service. You can’t even let anyone know what was wrong with your order so they know to pay more attention to future orders.

Not to mention the random days when they decide to close early due to lack of staff. Time to start visiting even less frequently. Update - started going once every other week instead of once a week. I’ve not had any Taco Bell since my initial review as every single time I’ve gone, “the system was down and were only accepting cash”. Seems more like they shut down half the equipment an hour before close. This location just needs to be shut down and the owner/operator barred from the service industry.

Edit again: the corporate policy doesn't allow them to put up a sign. They constantly punish employees for being slow with only 2 staff members working. I have always loved Taco Bell but the more I realize how horrible this company is the more I tell people and encourage them to eat elsewhere. Don't support this predatory corporate greed. Edit: please please just put a sign on the door stating if the lobby is open or closed! Instead of watching and laughing at customers who walk up and try to open the door. The Lobby has not been open all afternoon with no sign or anything. I believe there are only 2-3 staff members and I know they are accepting mobile orders. Stop accepting orders that you clearly don't have the staff for! And lines extending onto Young St. And Maguire St. Are dangerous!

Absolutely disgusting, from bird feathers to beard hair in the seats, food everywhere bathrooms look like they weren't cleaned in weeks and did I mention how nasty the kitchen and food prep area was? There is NO way it has been cleaned for at least a week. Food shoves under the counters and greasy prints everywhere The managers all had a bad attitudes, absolutely every customer that walked in had complaints and we're arguing asking to speak with the manager. The only one that was kind with the poor girl up at the front, Kaitlyn. she was on the front lines trying to control the situation and fill every request that she could. The management could not have cared less. Everybody was disgusted and irritated, many people walked out after asking the management's name. I have never been so disgusted with service or environment. Let's face is, Taco Bells can get a bit dirty. They're cheap, understaffed and ya get what you pay for. But the manager just wanted to sit the entire time as many people wanted they're money back and we're denied that. Just like myself, my order was wrong. Went up many times to see if they finished our food and got our drinks. No one was given receipts and management wouldn't help anyone because we all stood there with no paper! Never will I go again.
