The franchisee should be embarrassed. If you know the franchisee be embarrassed to know them. Burger King as a corporation should be embarrassed to do business with this franchisee. They refuse to employ enough people to staff the place, they run out of basic necessities (napkins, ice, lids) all the time. This place is HORRIBLE. I pulled up to their drive thru with 2 cars ahead of me, and WAITED 7 minutes before the car ahead of me got to order. Then another 5 minutes to get up to the order box myself. The kid tells me it will be a moment, and then comes back and tells me it will be a 10-15 minute wait to place my order! Fire everyone, sell this franchise off, bulldoze the whole thing to the ground, it doesn’t matter this place is trash and shouldn’t exist.

Worst burger King I've ever been at. The food was wrong, which is no big deal. Normally if you bring it in and give them the burger back they'll fix it. Then they made it wrong. The burger, a rodeo burger from the $6 menu. I can understand things being messed up but the manager being rude and yelling "I'm not running it out to him" and "the chicken fries are fine for an hour" makes me never want to return

They finally have all new staff and it shows! Ms Michele is the new manager and you can tell she is whippin that place into shape!

Yep we're done using BK as our pit stop in Warrensburg. 5-10 minute wait at least to order food in the drive thru. That's not including the wait before ordering. Close the lobby and run the drive thru when you're short handed!!!!!!

My daughter almost ate this!! I called to warn them that they have mold on there sandwich buns and they told me they were busy and to call later. I myself have worked in fast food, if someone called to tell me that the food they were served was MOLDLY, I would take this seriously! STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.

AMAZING doesn't begin to describe this place!!! Food was HOT and QUICK! Service was with BUBBLY SMILES and friendly conversation from the staff and manager! The restaurant was CLEAN! Spotless! Manager herself was out disinfecting and cleaning tables. I feel like I can never find a clean table at some of the other fast food places in town... every table was clean at Burger King in Warrensburg! A few years ago under other management it definitely needed help.... NEW MANAGEMENT has turned this place around! I promise you will not be disappointed now!! Another thing I truly appreciated was how kind and polite the staff was to one another and how hard they worked together... some other places you hear disrespect and foul mouths. This staff was very attentive to their customers and went above and beyond to make customers happy! (And for us that also included them sharing Hershey pies with us lol!) Two other added bonuses included they have LEMONADE! Some other places in town don't offer anything but carbonated beverages. AND the other AMAZING bonus....they play KLOVE on the radio! It was a blessing to visit this restaurant and their staff! We will be back SOON!!! Thank you!

Just bought food my daughter and I and Irecieved this as my sandwich. I called the store to let them know that the buns had mold and the manager told me to call back in 30 minutes and when I asked for her name she told me she was the manager and hung up the phone. This is unacceptable.

I was there an hour ago. Ordered a Wopper cheese combo. Paid $14 and what I got was a Wopper with crumbled meat.I sat in Drive through for 5mins when know one else was there. The manager was snotty to me. She needs to be fired. I will not go back they have went down hill fast.

These days, I don't eat out much, so when I do, my expectations are higher. This afternoon I went for an early dinner at Buger King on Bus. Rt 50 highway in Warrensburg, MO. I went inside for carryout. There was one customer in whole store and he had already placed his order and was waiting. I placed my order (Bacon King Combo for $11.09). The guy who took my order said, "medium fries and drink?" I said sure, thinking that was the $11.09 meal and he was confirming my order. At the drink station I press Root Beer, and it said "unavailable". Dr. Pepper, "unavailable", Regular Coke, "unavailable". I had the cashier get me a so from behind the counter. 10 minute wait! Fries were cold and hard. Bacon King was made with cold cooked patties. One of the employees came out of the restroom with wet hands. He looked for a towel, but ended up wiping his hands dry on his shirt and pants. Too many fast food places in Warrensburg to waste my time eating there again.

I just left, today…May 11th, 2022. I ordered a number one, no mayo. I got my food, and immediately started eating-which is my fault, because I normally check it to make sure it’s good. In this case, I was hungry…very hungry. I ate half the sandwich before I realized that the lettuce was brown. Completely wilted. I will never eat here again. I’m praying I don’t get sick.
