When you are on your feet everyday all day it pays to wear great work boots. Mine are so comfortable I never wear anything else. While they are a little pricey there is no match for Red Wing boots, and they have a great guarantee.

Bought a pair of redwing boots while I lived in Tuscon Arizona relocated to Moscow mills MO. I was having trouble with the steel toe part of the boot. Went into the Redwing store in Wentzville. The owner of the store happened to be there and exchanged my boots for a different pair. Excellent service, treated with respect, very nice gentleman. And also had an excellent conversation with him. Will buy other products from him for sure. Thank you...

They have a friendly staff and really good products. I found some really comfortable boots and let me tell you. If you are hard on a steel toe, have them put tuff toe on them. It isn’t very expensive(I think like $25), they’ll put it on free of charge, and that stuff is durable as hell so you don’t have to find a cobbler or leather guy for toe caps down the road. I don’t see why the tuff toe wouldn’t out last the rest of the boot. So if you’re looking for some strong comfortable work boots I’d check them out.

Went into buy the same boots I bought at Chuck’s boots forever.. they told me they didn’t have my size and had to order them.. he said it would be 7-10 days.. 13 days later still have no idea when they will be available. If chucks still carried them I would’ve never went there. I can get them in 2 days from Amazon... I guess they really don’t need the business that bad. Won’t go back.

The gentleman who runs this location is amazing and wonderful. He didn't treat us as a figure and run us out of the store quickly. He actually took the time to help my husband get the right shoes and accessories. I would recommend this location to everyone! That and his amazing little miss Labrador he has in there is such a delight!

Terrible customer service. Took some brand new boots in for Tuff Toe application. They ran out half way through one boot and had to finish later. You can obviously tell the application was messed up. When I picked them up the employee told me, “Oh well they are work boots.” I will update after I speak to the Manager. Called and spoke with manager/owner Bob. Bob was even worse that the store employee. He would not listen to me at all just stated it was his job and if I knew how to do it I should have done it myself and when I asked a question he yelled “oh my god lady,” and hung up one me. This place is terrible and if possible I would give it 0 stars. And FYI this is not the only boot store open on Sunday as a previous reviewer stated. Chucks Books is open on Sunday and they actually have customer service skills.
