just wanted to say that every single time I go to the Burger King in Plattsmouth a very nice young man named Mason is always there treating me with respect, and he’s just a good worker and I wanted to let you guys know. Vegetarian options: delicious like always

I placed my order online and then headed up to pick up on my way out of town. I had one vehicle in front of me when I arrived. When I got to the speaker I was asked to wait a second and they would be back to assist me. I sat there for 10 minutes and even moved my vehicle back and forth to try and activate the system. She finally came back and said Sorry, order when ready. I let them know I ordered online and then pulled around and waited another 15 minutes with 1 car in front of me. When we got to the window, she asked if we had just a diet coke and I said no we had the app order. She said she would get us out order. I pulled away almost 30 minutes from the time I pulled up. I know finding employees is difficult but that is crazy and I would think anything longer than 5 minutes in a drive thru would be too long!

I was just here and the manager was very rude to me didn't give me a receipt didn't give me all my food and refused to give me a refund when I asked for her bosses number she called me a lieing n word and said no and closed the window i couldn't believe it I'll never be returning just bad biz .....really

I just went to burger king in plattsmouth and was missing my dipping sauces and one drink and a rodeo cheeseburger when I went around to the drive-thru and told them what I was missing they called me a liar and refused me a refund they haven't heard the last of me yet I'm going to get my money

Bought mozzarella sticks 8pc for my daughter but not white cheese its yellow cheese and very hard to eat not soft like before. I tried to call them 5 times but cannot be reach. If your a bk employees on July 14 2022 between the hours of 6pm to 730pm you did a bad job this time. My order number is 90 on July 14 2022 at 711pm...drive thru.

Every time that I or anyone in my family goes this location, they mess something up. From ice cold food to incomplete orders to the wrong order all together. Whenever we have called in to complain or get our order fixed, the staff only want to point fingers at each other and avoid the problem. On occasion they've even gotten verbally aggressive with us. This specific location has had issues for quite some time now and it's upsetting that every time we decide to give it another chance, they continue to disappoint.

Here is my Italian Chicken Sandwich... Most of the the current staff is not friendly. I can hear their attitude change when I make a large order. I'll take my business elsewhere. This is just the latest issue I've had at this location. Needs new management.

I Had the chicken sandwich combo yesterday, of which the breading was raw on the inside. Really disappointed considering how good it looked in the picture. I hope they learn how to properly cook these in the fryer without disappointing future guests. On the flip side at least the onion rings were cooked properly.

9/14/21 The young man working the drive through window tonight was extremely friendly. He helped me place my order quickly and made me feel appreciated for buying here. Wonderful experience!
