Not the employees but the Store Corporate GOLD DIGGING MONSTERS. GOUGING our little community. This store has become very crowded in isles with boxes of products stored. The food freezer most always empty for days. Ice freezer no ice EVER been sold.. I have basically myself don't even stop into store anymore. After years of commitment to our local store. They have in the MEANTIME LOST THEIR COMMITMENTS TO THEIR LONG TIME LOCAL COMMUNITY CUSTOMERS? Water $1.65 a gallon. With a tiny price tag on shelf Most people like myself grab these gallons of water not suspecting Family Dollar of price gouging? Place in basket myself 3-4 bottles. The New changes at this store GEZZ you need to check every price of products now. FAMILY DOLLAR CORPORATE NOT SO FRIENDLY ANYMORE. FYI According to some estimates, 4,787 water bottles could be filled up with tap water for $2.10. Per gallon of water total paid for thousands of gallons at the cost of penny's per gallon. Our water in area of Cold Springs has been delivered by district pipeline most homes. It is hard water difficult to clean. Good for some people. Domestic animals cats & dogs not so friendly on their little body's.

Love it here but prices are getting up there. Not happy with the prices but have to pay for what I needed.

This place is amazing everyone here is nice. And the couple years i have been going here i have had no issues. I am only giving this 1 star because of a employee by the name of Tina. She is disrespectful and i have seen her yell at customers which i think she got suspended for. And even yell at kids one time and kick them out. She has been disrespectful to me and i have seen her do the same to even her employees. She always has a terrible attitude. And i do not get why they keep her around. Because of her i just started going to 7-11 across the street.

Family Dollar here in Cold Springs is very convenient for household goods, food items, and paper products plus much more. There is usually a line at checkout but it goes quickly. The associates are very helpful and courteous.

The cashiers aren't super outgoing but courteous enough and they ring you up quick. This place aleays has what I need so I never have to drive all the way out to Lemmon Valley and fight the crowds.
