Thanks to William I was able to do it online I don't have a vehicle I live in Hillsborough New Hampshire and it's hard to get down to Concord but he walked me through every step even when I accidentally declined it he was right there to show me what I did and how to fix it

Would have liked to be present when taxes were being done. I'm sure we had questions. If we'd known ahead about waiting in car, we would have been prepared with written question to include in our material. Overall, the set up of the store and the sanitation measures being taken was appreciated. Also, emailing the form we had to complete when we arrived would have been most helpful. We could have had it ready before arriving. Giving upsetting news is never fun, but you were very professional. Thank you.

Really do not recommend. I went in for my appointment, filled out an information sheet, and briefly spoke to my “tax professional” before waiting in the waiting area until we were done. I found out the next day the return was denied, and I went to look at my copy and found that just on the one page I looked at there were 4 basic errors. She spelt my name wrong, used the wrong last name for both of my sons (even though their names were on the information sheet I’d given), and marked one of my sons as daughter. When I called to complain I was told I’d get a call from a manager, which I never did. I did however receive 4-5 calls in the span of 2 hours during the workday from the “tax pro”. When I did speak to her regarding the denied return, she said that she didn’t feel like she was comfortably able to ask me the questions she needed to to accurately file my return. I didn’t appreciate feeling like she was blaming me after not even being able to put our names down correctly.

Hamsa Nas per usual was wonderful! She was quick and efficient. She also made time for me right away by extending her time in office during a very busy time. I appreciate all she did for me and will return to her next year.

I had such a wonderful tax professional and she was so helpful in assisting me with understanding my taxes and explaining everything as we went through it step-by-step. It just makes me feel better being able to follow along and getting advice so that this time of year can happen as seamlessly as possible. Also, I just recently moved across the country and had a job change, so it relieved a lot of my anxieties having someone so knowledgeable work through everything with me and make sure that everything was paid and up to date.

Simply put Frank is awesome! I have been using this office since I moved to Concord more than a decade ago and I always make sure I see Frank. Frank is extremely kind and attentive. He reviews each of my documents and makes sure they are entered correctly for my maximum refund. Frank always remembers me and makes each appointment feel more like I am visiting a friend than doing business.
