Took 7 months for appliances to be delivered. Told 6-8 weeks. Nothing about appliance taking longer. Called 3 times to talk with owner. Was told he never was told to call. Final result was sorry it is late we are not doing anything.

I purchased a refrigerator from this store and had problems with it upon delivery. I asked for a another refrigerator due to loud noises coming from it. They said no they will send someone to look at it. The repair guy came and "fixed it". It stopped working . Had to throw out all the food from the freezer and fridge. They sent another repair guy. He "fixed it". It stopped working again and I had to throw out more food. I called the store to ask for help. They said "no we cant help you". DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. **Just read your reply. The fridge did not work correctly from day one. We told you right away, right after you delivered it that we don't want it, your delivery guys said it could be fixed. Why would you sell a refrigerator that didnt work from day one? And just walk away instead of taking it back and give us one that worked? Why, because you made the sale and didnt give a darn that it was a bad fridge. They just lied and said it could be fixed. Why would a person purchase a new fridge that doesn't work? We said right away when it was plugged in something is wrong. We did not want it. But your guys refused to take it back. That's very bad customer service. Now we were wondering if you knew the fridge was a bad one. Dont trust you or your store. We had to throw the fridge out and purchase a new one. That's not right. Attack you, a mom and pop store??? Yes especially when you did not resolve the issue.

I give Ajay Appliance 5 stars for being decent human beings. An employee in one of their vans/trucks was driving by my grandmother’s house and he saw her fall outside her house. This man pulled over immediately, jumped out of his vehicle, and helped my grandmother up making sure she was okay. We are so grateful for his kindness and help! This place will certainly be getting my business in the future.

I got my new dishwasher today and the service men, I believe one of them are named Shawn and the other I'm not sure of his name but they both went above and beyond. They explained everything in detail on what I need to know, were very polite and knowledgeable! By far the best company I've used! Will definitely be using them again for my appliances! Over the past month, I've purchased a clothes dryer and a dishwasher. Both times, the delivery men kept me updated on the delivery times, came when expected and were most courteous. They even shared tips for usage on these appliances. Well done!
