Albany usps literally cut open my package, stole the contents and then delivered me an empty package. All my jewelry is gone.

The post person there, when I went, was very nice and helped me to deliver a package. It is a small space. Only one person working there when I went. It took about 6 minutes to get acknowledged, even though I was the only one there, because post person was so busy, but she was worth the wait and good at her job.

Line typically a moves unnecessarily slow. Poor instructions so people are often sent away to do more paperwork...very inefficiently run. Staff are not particularly friendly and unpleasant/"put-upon" to do transactions with. Although I work a 2 minute walk away, I often drive to a different post office to avoid this one.

This location has USPS drop box. Post office is actually located in the capitol building near entrance facing Washington avenue past security check.

This is not the address where the postal office is. You actually have to go to the concourse of the Empire State plaza. Wrongly mapped.
