Stopped In to find a new pillow. Frank welcomed me at the door and ask questions to narrow down the pillow selection. He asked what kind of mattress I slept on so I could feel like I was in my own bed while trying the pillow selection he had me try. Ended up going with a purple harmony tall pillow. Frank was great in every aspect will definitely return for future purchases.

You can buy a mattress in many places however you won’t always have a friendly, kind and patient salesman like Frank at Mattress Firm in Bayshore. He took the time to answer my questions all with a genuine smile and kindness that I really appreciated. He even had patience with my young son who had to try every bed over and over! Unfortunately the art of customer service with a smile is often neglected today. I would bet money that Frank is that way every day. He nails it! I will be happy to make any future purchases from this store because of him. Hope the owners appreciate their employee!

Tanzina was an amazing rep, she was very polite and respectful. When other customers came she made sure we were comfortable and politely excused her self and made sure everyone had the same attention. Excellent service, highly recommend. Mike the Store Mgr was very helpful & friendly; answered all my questions & helped me best decide on my purchases. The delivery and set up were seamless. Francisco, Wilder & Juan were very professional, friendly & spent time making sure I understood everything with the adjustable base + the headboard brackets they installed. Very respectful with the shoe socks they wore & the thorough clean up.

The sales manager, Michael in the Bay Shore NY store went above and beyond tying my box spring to my truck . He was very helpful and nice. I wish every store had cheerful and helpful personnel like Michael. Michael was very knowledgeable and couldn’t be more helpful. I was upfront about my budget and we found the perfect fit for me based on price and feel/firmness. I ended up moving forward with a purple mattress and can’t recommend it enough. If you’re curious what they feel like, I suggest you come to mattress firm to try it out.
