Only 2 tellers available. Long line depending on dat of the week and time of day. Only 5 atms. Small space. Under staffed at times. Not usually seen ontime at selected appointment times. Management is very nice and the staff is attentive and as helpful as they can be. Security located onsite, very nice and helpful.

Terrible experience. Tried to ask a Chase female associate the lobby hours and she completely blew me off disrespectfully like I am not a Chase privilege client who technically is the reason she has a job to serve us. Step up your recruitment CHASE.

Branch is always too pack . Machine took my money , didn’t deposit into my account . In fact didn’t gave me back my cash either ; waiting 30 mins for someone to help me , the security was nice to get his manager for me . A lot of bums surround this one chase it’s ridiculous. Machines always has a problem, the bad thing is this the only one located in this are . There should be more than one

Worst costumer service ever. 24 mins waiting for costumer service I had to ask the security to help me. Then he said there’s no costumer service right now. SMH

Just your every day bank except your location. Must be careful all the time especially at night go with someone. Prepare for the 24 hour doorman every time you go to bank.

Update....Thank you, Line was moved outside with lines on the ground. Be safe all They are only socially distancing for the employees. The customers are herded into the ATM area. If they cared about their customers they would lined them up outside along the side of the building with 6 feet between each other. I have never had a problem with this bank before and hope they step up and figure it out.

Edit: 3 years later and they've added 1 more ATM. It helps but the overcrowding is still an issue here. Original: This chase bank is extremely horrendous for lack of a better word. The lines for the ATMs are god awful even if you go at night the line is more than 20 people. Even though there are only 3 ATMs there is plenty of space to add at least 4 more in there. If you want to go to this Chase bank then you need to go at 3 or 4 in the morning. The lines here are so bad that the 2 Chase banks by Yankee Stadium during a game day are emptier than this one on any day.

I went to open an account. The workers were hanging in the back room. The Rep was confused and running all over the place. My wait was 30mins plus. I left because I never experienced this type of cheap low end service. Once again, The Bronx gets low quality service from a big name corp. CHASE: The Bronx has many educated people that can help manage a better banking branch. Please fire your human resource manager. One funny fact: I went with someone to withdraw funds, and the teller asked ''Is this money from a lawsuit?'', this person was startled by the lack of ethics that come along a question like this. The teller sensed that the costumer was offended by the question, and justified her wrongdoing by saying that her job requested it. I'm not aware of the banks laws and regulations, but I'm sure you can't assume before asking. Not everyone in these communities relies/depends on lawsuit money...
