She greeted me with a smile, while asking what can she help me with today, as I explained to her that I wanted to change my storage unit to a smaller one, she told me which options were available and proceeded to show me each unit, while suggesting which unit would be a best fit for my belongings, and she was definitely RIGHT! Let me tell you if all employees of extra space has the attitude and love for people the way Erica does, Extra space would be number 1 and stays number one on the storage market. She was Very patient , kind ,understanding love her job. She is just awesome .Trust me I have been storing with them for over three years this time around and my past experiences was horrible. Just did my rental with Sherly , she was outstanding , showed me several units, made sure my items were covered with the right protection plan , and even made me feel comfortable walking me in and showing me how to put my access code and lock on the unit. I never been to a storage site that cares so much of customers. she is a true wonderful individual.

Just did my rental with Sherly and this young phenomenal! I wasn't sure if I wanted a 10x15 or 10x20 but she walked me to a 10x20 with what I told her I needed and she invisioned it for me. Very patient and very polite. Made my experience super easy and stress free.
