The prices this place charges is insane!! Do your homework and check around, you will find a better price guaranteed I did. Example. 2011 Forester used engine $6000 ??!!! Many places around not taking advantage of people who are looking to put their car back on the road. Found the same thing for $3500 with half the miles. Do yourself a favor and look around !!!

Everyone is super cool and friendly, especially the cashier. Warehouse guys are nasty and have lots of attitude for no reason but front end makes up for it. I called and spoke to a female that was super kool and nice but when I arrived I had manny . Dude was 10/10 will definitely recommend and return . Also just to mention my part is sold out and back stocked all over even in other states u name it I called it ... even Amazon let me down 😂. But they got it for me was told a few days .. happily waiting !!

I order auto parts from dozens of dealers and after market suppliers daily. LKQ is one of the worst. I was told I would have a part within 3 days. Well, 10 days later, after daily calls with no help, the customer rep said it's sitting in the warehouse still. Finally it shows up but they won't give me the part because our tax forms need to be updated. So I provide them the forms and they say the name of my shop on their end is wrong but they can't update it so they can't leave me the part. Not helpful!

Definitely a great experience with LKQ they were on the money to find part that I needed and their customer service is excellent arrived the next day Bulldog that was Friday and I was not able to get transportation to pick it up until Monday so I will follow up but the place seems like

There should be an option for 0 star Google or even minus star. Guys, those 6 months extended warranty is a BIG TIME Scam. I called LKQ not even a month or 30 days ago to buy an engine as I owned a shop in Norwalk CT. I spoke with Katrina who is working for the scammers and added 6 months extended warranty (parts & labor) without my knowledge or consent. Those scammers have my credit card on file and when I verified my cc then I realized that they had charged me $650 where it was supposed to be $2650 for a 2010 Honda Pilot's engine. It was about 3 weeks later, I called and asked them to remove a warranty that I never asked for and they told me it is too late. So guys let us be a small bit logical here: " The parts for $2650 come originally with 6 months warranty, but the extended warranty is for an additional 6 months (after the first 6 months have expired). So now remember in addition to this that I had ever from the beginning ask for extended warranty. Now there is SHERRI, whom I do not know her position in that gang of scammers, she spent 25 minutes yelling and telling me that she was playing the recorded voice when I ordered the part and never played it. Now KATRINA, it has been 3.5 years since I have been faithful to you as you told me when I started doing business with LKQ that you work on commissions and begged me to call you and only you when I need parts. I finally discover your true identity, SHAME on you KATRINA!

Our company has been dealing with LKQ for about 20 years, and almost never had any issues until last year and this year. They insist on selling you a 1-year parts & labor warranty, which is amazing, UNTIL YOU NEED TO USE IT. They look for any way possible to NOT PAY YOU YOUR LABOR (By the way, only up to the amount of the price of the part) and on top of that, MAKE YOU PAY FOR THE DEFECTED SWAP PART! So now, you have your customer angry that they had to come back to have it replaced, and you've got your supplier giving you the shaft, AFTER YOU GAVE THEM ADDITIONAL MONEY FOR A PARTS & LABOR WARRANTY! They keep asking for money AND THEN MAKE YOU WAIT YEARS TO PAY YOU BACK FOR THE LABOR OR A RETURNED DEFECTIVE PART! TERRIBLE B2B transactions, the company got too big and now only cares about the bottom line and no more about account relations. Will not recommend; will no longer be requesting their services.

Honestly I only selected 1 star because 0 is not an option. I have never experienced such terrible service from any company or establishment. I would expect this kind of service from a LOW CLASS FAST FOOD Place, I called to ask 2 questions, if they had my part instock and if there was anyway I could pick it up today. After calling and being placed on hold for an hour with no response. I hung up and tried to call again. Once again I am placed on hold another 30min go by and finally a young lady answers to help me with my needs.the questions I had were very simple and could have been answered by anyone. As to why I needed to wait over an hour and a half to simply ask is mind boggling. It’s not fair to waste peoples time because of terrible management……FYI they have my parts instock and I will STILL be going elsewhere to do business.
