Crystal was so helpful and polite on the phone helping me figure out what to do with my first ever puppy. Dr. Fried and all the staff are so kind and explain everything. I never feel rushed and leave happy. My dog loves all the attention she gets from the staff too. Don’t look anywhere else, this is the best vet office in town! 10/10

Best service ever! My dog was experiencing itchy ears for a few days. Despite not having an appointment (which they normally don’t take walk ins) they allowed us to come in for a check up since my dog was uncomfortable and in pain. He’s been coming to this location since he was a puppy and is very comfortable seeing them. Thank you very much Riverdale Team!

Very friendly staff. They were very great at calming me down when I got the wrong information from someone else. They are great with emergency rush ins and are worth every penny.

Dr. Emmerich is terrible and pushy, my cat was put down, he was in bad shape, but could have lived a little longer and went on his own, it wasn't medically necessary to put him down, I really regret listening to this pushy doctor, totally unethical to say if it was her cat she would put him down, trying so hard to convince us. I really regret going to see this doctor, wouldn't recommend her.

The Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They greet you, you fill out paperwork and you are spoken to individually by a Staff member. At that time you go over any issues, shots needed etc. Afterwards your pet is taken into the examination room. You wait in the sitting room. When the Vet is finished he/she comes to talk with you. It was a good experience. My cat received her shots and she was fine. Business is booming there. There was a steady flow of pets coming and going. The place is also very neat with a restroom on the premises.

Originally I gave this place 5 stars due to the flexibility in times BUT recently I took another dog of mine here and the treatment we have received was bad. They took skin from my dogs leg and did not bandaged it. I requested a call back from the Drs, as instructed earlier in the day and one did call me back but at 9pm that night. She was very short and lacked any assistance with getting treatment for my dog. The front staff..... lets just say my profile has not been updated with my correct number for months now. It ridiculous.

Great vets here and we always feel like our Fuzz (cat) is always receiving the best care. However the responsiveness rate to questions and the follow up to messages either takes days or doesn't come at all. Clearly overwhelmed by the amount of pets they take care of. This veterinarian clinic is super busy all of the time.

Very nice people and the first I have seen that was as clean and nice as this place. I felt so comfortable with the service. I went in feeling very nervous no knowing what was wrong with Lucii. The Doctor was extremely nice and took her time talking to me. I thank you for such good service. I would definitely recommend Riverdale Veterinary Group PC to a friend.

Just had annual check up and shots for my fur babies. Love this place. So professional and caring with the animals. Spotless, no bad odors, pet treats available. Expensive...but quality of service and preventative care of my babies is worth paying for. Glad to see PPE protocols in place. They even called the next day to see how the girls felt after shots.

I have 5 cats and I really enjoy bringing them to this clinic because everyone treats me and my cats with a lot of love and care and everything is explained and very understanding and the price is affordable. My cat knight had a hurt leg and my smallest cat Luna needed shots.everything went smooth. The decisions are made between me and the doctor and the nurses for what's best for my cats. The clinic is organized, clean and very friendly. I love going and my cats are all healthy thanks to you. Thank you everyone for the support and love.
