Steven is an amazing, awesome, knowledgeable worker who deserves a raise! I don't live near this MetroPCS, but I will go out of my way to use this store from now on. My phone stopped working this morning. Fearing I would have to buy a new one, I went in, explained what happened, and handed over my phone. STEVEN, all smiles, politely offered me a seat. In less than 5 minutes, he'd fixed it. He even explained what happened (frozen screen) and how I could fix it in the future. I have 3 MetroPCS stores in walking distance, but I will be taking the train to this store.

This place is where I have always received a very professional, courteous and fast service. There was no incident that my issues were not solved or attended to the utmost. The agent at this location is very knowledgeable and professional. After being on the customer service line for over an hour and half with no result, he has solved the issue within a minute and a half. If you are in the nearby area and in need of Metro PCS services, please visit this office and I am sure that you will be completely satisfied in whatever your needs might be.
