They sold my father a defective phone, sometimes it sounds like it's under water when we receive a phone call from that phone. The salesperson makes many excuses, gives us the job to contact the phone company and tells us that it's okay because when he tried the phone in his store it works fine. We didn't pay $70 to get a phone that doesn't work most of the time. Overall lousy customer service. We will take our business elsewhere! I see that Yoni has responded. Being honest is not his strong suit. My father came in several times to complain about the issues with his phone. He first came in long before the 6 months were up. Yoni did nothing for us to resolve the issues. The guy is just interested in making a buck, he cares not for his customers.

However, we do not offer cell phone repairs. Instead, we refer them to Yoni Cell Repair and have been doing so for over a decade. No complaints so far.

So my iPhone 7 screen was cracked I came into Yoni and he fixed it for $175. Still in the store I realized my speaker from the phone stopped working I showed it to Yoni he said he couldn’t fix it but would give me a $25 discount and I should go to Apple and they will fix it. Ever since - my touch screen stopped working as well I want back to Yoni yesterday came back an hour later he said the phone was perfect he fixed it again. My phone got so much worse in the past 24 hours I am back at yonis now and he says he cannot Do anything. I now need to make an appointment by Apple which I could’ve done in the first place I would’ve had my phone fixed after waiting a week for an appointment be $175 richer and a lot less headaches. Would not recommend this service.

I originally contacted Yoni Electronics after a bad experience with another "repair shop". Yoni Electronics was extremely communicative with me. Not only did they fix my phone to 100% of my satisfaction, but they communicated what they were doing and were very diligent. They are dedicated and reasonable to what they do. I would highly suggest this company.

I live in Michigan. Had a cracked screen on a Galaxy S7 Edge. Yoni Electronics had the best price on replacement. Sent the phone off and they fixed it with no problems. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. They let me know when they received it, when they were done fixing it, and when they were sending it back. Pretty awesome as it was all done the same day they got it. I would HIGHLY recommend Yoni Electronics for any services they provide.

Sent my S7 Edge in to replace the front and back screen and got my phone back and looking brand new in less than a week! Communication was great throughout the whole process. They event sent me pictures of the phone after it was fixed to make sure I was satisfy with the repair. Price was the lowest around. Would highly recommend to anyone.

These guys are awesome. I sent them my Galaxy S7 for a complete screen/LCD replacement from Florida. They replaced it and sent it back to me in less than a week. Phone looks brand spanking new! Thanks Ben and Co.
