Dropped off 2-packages on 10/3 and only label was created. When I called area UPS the young stated Amazon what update until package is opened, she assumed without getting any details because the package never left UPS.

Did some occasional shipping from this location. My latest package was over $30 when previous was less than $20. Decided to do a price comparison with a local company in Village of Hamburg (Camp Rd). Same size package as previously sent, cost was now $16.07, that's less than half price! Not that I do a lot of shipping, but almost $20 is a BIG savings for me. What was most frustrating was when I asked the young man working the counter why it was much higher, he didn't know? Also asked where the price change was in the size, (thought I could maybe use a smaller box) didn't know, suggested I check the UPS website.

The most atrocious & despicable customer service I've ever encountered at any business. The owner, Sue Lonski, does not know how to engage with customers in a productive or even respectful manner. After spending weeks trying to file a claim, no accurate information has been provided to me (or my recipient) thus far. Stay far away from this location & its lackluster employees/administrators/owners

I had a unique situation where I needed to get a couple things taken care of at this store, though I live in Texas. I called and spoke with Ryan first who pointed me in the right direction to complete what I needed. Though they were busy when I called back, they took down my number and called me back shortly afterward to complete what I needed. I spoke with Dan who processed my payment and assured me all would be handled properly. Though the process has not yet been fully completed, I'm thrilled to have had this experience with this store and would recommend them completely.

I needed to have some documents notarized and wasn't sure where to go to get this done. Searching on-line I noticed that the UPS Stores have notaries. When I called to inquire, Sue, the woman answering the phone told me she was a notary and gave me the hours she would be working that day. When I arrived, she assisted me promptly. She has great customer service skills -was very friendly, and when I let her know I needed to make copies of my forms, she made them herself for me, and even wished me good luck as I left!

I have been regularly doing business with the owner and Mike for several years and have always been extremely happy! In fact, they always seem to go above and beyond as opposed to any other stores of this type. I'd rather go out of my way for their speed, professionalism and friendliness as they always provide me with several shipping and pricing options; this allows me to make the right choice based on the package and my situation . I suggest trying this UPS store for yourself as they are super to deal with!
