My granddaughter had a combination birthday and graduation. The staff was professional and courteous and efficient. The hall was clean and the lighting was great. The bathroom were clean and neat. The food was fantastic.

Overall, a majestic-looking exterior structure. This building can be seen from a vehicle moving in regular traffic. One point to look out for is the vehicle entrance because, depending on the venue, the vehicle parking attendants could orchestrate the entry. Again, this place depends on the platform and what the host renting the facility wants to provide valet service. The valet staff is very courteous, professional, and hard-working. These valet staff park and care for your vehicle (even though disclosure is inscribed on the ticket in hand). Gratuity is appreciated by these valet staff per my inquiry. The building is clearly lit, with restrooms on every floor conveniently located across from each ballroom or hall. The ballroom I was in had beautiful chandeliers, and lights had dimmers for ambiance. The staff were polite and pleasant and served whatever the host agreed upon, which could change from venue to venue. The valet service was optional, but alternate parking is not clearly seen. It may require lengthily walking towards the building, which has a steep uphill gradient, so take that hike into consideration. The building is wheelchair accessible and has elevators to additional floors. This business is beautiful both on the outside and inside.

My husband and I had our wedding at the Westchester Manor in November and what a wonderful experience we had! John and the staff are very helpful and nice from start to finish and they set up our wedding day exactly how we wanted it. The food is so delicious and our guests were all talking about how much they enjoyed the food. The venue itself was also set up very clean, organized, beautiful and if we needed anything they were there for us. We were so happy with choosing Westchester Manor as our wedding venue, thank you.

We recently had our wedding reception at Westchester Manor and we could not have picked a more perfect venue. John made us feel stress-free from the minute we first met with him and from that point on we knew we were in great hands. He was always available to answer our questions and made sure we felt comfortable with every step of the process. The staff was also amazing to work with and made our day run as smoothly as possible. They kept us laughing, dancing and well fed throughout the event. The venue itself is beautiful and the food was delicious! We are so happy we chose Westchester Manor for our special day! :)

The entire staff throughout the planning process to the day of the wedding was accommodating, friendly, helpful and on point with everything! The food was delicious and we received compliments from all of our guest regarding the food and the venue. Amazing, is an understatement! My husband and I just had our wedding there on August 21 after two years of planning and we could not be more thankful for Johns amazing service and just coming across as venue overall. From the start they gave us the attention that we needed no matter how far out our event was. The director, John was always there to answer any questions Even when he was running around in the background hosting another event. He provided Us with all the tools that we needed to make sure we did not over spend money, by giving us a complete layout of everything that the venue would provide, and pointed us in the direction of several vendors that he trusted, to make our search process easier. Once the time and date for our event began to approach and it was time to finalize the details everyone was very helpful even when we had things to change last minute. The food tasting was amazing, and they treated us with top-notch service even though it was just a tasting, they allowed us to drop off stuff for our other vendors in advance making things easier the day of the wedding. The day of our rehearsal we had a maître d’ that was there assisting us and giving advice on the order that we should do everything and explaining what would work best. The day of the wedding was amazing! Everything was set up how they said it would be, they assisted us with last-minute changes, and most of all they made sure our timeline was ran smoothly. Every single one of our guests continues to praise us on how amazing the venue was, how great the food and drinks were, and how professional all of the servers were. I have no words to express how thankful I am To them, and most of all to John for helping making our wedding day a literal dream come true. I recommend these guys for any event, trust me you will not regret it. Attached you will see the picture first of the meals we served at our wedding & The table set up the day of the wedding. Obviously the centerpieces were provided by my florist, but I just figured you guys may want to see a layout of how they set everything up.

Attended a company Christmas party event here tonight. Wonderful and extremely attentive staff. The food was delicious and they had so many different types of yummy desserts! It is a very beautiful place. Seemed like everyone truly enjoyed themselves.
