This store was my first time visiting a Lush location in a very long time and honestly I would come back again. The staff members were so helpful and so sweet. Really love the energy and the scents at the store. I also though it was very easy to navigate. I definitely recommend if your looking for some wonderful gifts to your love ones. Different colors and scents and let's not forget the Glitter!! 10/10 loved this store! ❤️

This was my first time coming to Lush. I was surprised by the kick of the smell. It's pleasant but very strong. The people who work here is super nice. They were ready to make suggestions and explain how to use some products (since I'm not for here).

Some of the friendliest staff you ever meet. Although it's smaller than its sister stores, there is no difference in quality. Definitely a must for anyone visiting the underground market!

Let’s be clear, this store is located underground! It is literally in the subway. I walked around for 20 mins looking for the store and could not find it. The company needs to update the address, it was very difficult to find. Lush is located in TurnStyle Underground market which doesn’t have a sign. Besides getting lost, the service was good and I absolutely love Lush products. Some of my favorites are Sympathy for the skin, mask of magnaminty, rose jam and the seaweed face mask. The products are a bit pricey but worth it!!!

Stepped in to get a few items, and really had a great experience. Kayla was sensational! Kind, attentive and resourceful. She guided me through the store and made me feel welcome! I love their products, you always know what you buying, good quality and ingredients!

Literally the BEST lush location with the nicest staff. I’ve been to a lot of locations but this is the only one that feels the most intimate and gives you a great one on one experience. Their staff are knowledgeable about every single item with tailored recommendations. The manager here knows her stuff, is thoughtful of your needs/requests and so sweet. Top tier spot with great management 👌🏼

Came to this location on Wednesday October 24th at 3:45 pm. I waited for 35 mins for someone to get back because even though the hours are 9-9pm there was a note on the door saying “be right back”. No one ever returned. This is awful costumer service. Very disappointed.
