Blasting reggae town music, I asked the manager to turn it down he refused, agent was nice manager needs training. Would not recommend, Corporate needs to enforce standards that welcome customers not scary them away

I went to buy an earbuds and I tried it out and they were broken. I went back to return them and they said I couldn’t since I didn’t have the box of the headphones because I threw it out. How was I supposed to know it was going to to be bad? Shouldn’t be selling them if they are broken. 😡

Store #1535 has a great and friendly staff...were immediately greated as soon as I walked through the doors, stopped by this location cause of a product I was interested in that's the Home Internet Service, my sales person Kayla were extremely friendly and informative with the product and the rebate process!! She went above and beyond in locating the product after the first two didn't scan!! Kayla you are the true MVP!! As a person who's in the retail management business not too far from store location #1535 that's what I call great customer service!! She deserves a raise!!

There's no T-Mobile store in NYC that can match the quality of service you recieve from the signature location at the corner of 46th & Broadway in Time Square. The whole staff goes above and beyond to find solutions for you. Thank you guys!
