Horrible Credit Union, I purchased a car through them and the vehicle was paid off. I had a credit with them so they put it in a savings account but wouldn't give me access to the account. They're a small credit union with only 2 locations and they have short hours. They close at 3pm which most people are working. It's really inconvenient situation. I called several time and was given the run around. It was almost like they didn't want me to have the money in the account. I never dealt with a credit union like this.

These are the bottom of the barrel in the banking/Credit Union Business. They are unknowledgeable, poorly trained, bunch of novices. Zero regard for your needs, Everything is a big ordeal to get done. I went in to get a loan, and I waited & waited until I decided to walk around the corner to another Credit Union where I was treated like a human being....and serviced professionally...I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I would give them zero stars if I could! Stay Away!,,,,,

Unhelpful. Unfriendly. Doing my banking with them for years..... time to go bring my business somewhere else.

We experienced a death in the family and have to access a safe deposit box for the deceased. The steps to access it have been a nightmare with the surrogate court. We live out of state and traveled here to access the box with an order from the court. Multiple voice messages and emails were left unanswered. When we arrived, Liz had not checked her email or messages. We traveled from Texas only to find out there’s another step before we could open the box. How does a manager not check messages and emails and follow up with a client?

Really love banking with Ocean Christopher. The people are very nice and I've always got the help there that I could never get at a regular bank. A lot more personal. You don't just feel like a number. Through the years they have helped me out a lot and I am very grateful

It's the best. Their online program is great and mobile app works also. Since they take online deposits I hardly go to a bank anymore.

I feel like family! They treat me like the member, no really - they treat me like an owner. Credit unions in general are the way to go and Oceanside Christopher is the Catholic credit union!

To be avoided! I tried to open an account online. When I called in to check on it's status I was told it was rejected because they were in the process of changing their online system, and as it was rejected I couldn't open an account there. The customer service rep was completely unsympathetic, and unhelpful. Rather than fording the application to a manager or other person for review/repair I was just told I couldn't have an account... because there were issues with their system. I wouldn't have felt bad if I wasn't bring money, or had bad credit.... I always thought Credit Unions were about the people they were serving. I guess I will have to go back to my bank.
