I ordered something on line and had to return it. Easy return. They charge you $3.95 to ship item to store for pickup. I don't feel they should charge you. I will continue to shop elsewhere where they do not charge at store for pickup. JC Penney has really gone downhill. I couldn't find anything I liked in my price range even with 30% off coupon.

Been getting my haircut with Joanie (Master Stylist) for over 15 years now. A very nice salon where the quality of the haircut never wavers and the cost is at a reasonable price.

I've always liked Penny's selections of shoes and clothing. When they have sales it's really reasonably priced.

Reasonable place. Reasonable prices. One of our few and reasonably priced stores left. We need to support our stores like Penneys so they don't go by the wayside also. Support American. Keep everything here.

Had a great stay! We stayed just one night but everything was clean and updated. They've a wonderful bar/restaurant. Staff was nice and accommodating. It's a great downtown location in the thick of everything and they do have parking ramp. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good store that has almost everything you need for daily clothings. Under strong competition from amzn, Pennies' prices are a lot more affordable now.
