The vet techs are wonderful. They spayed my furbaby. She was very comfortable with all the employees. She's doing really good recovering. They were very detailed about her treatment and treated my dog like it was one of their own. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone's furbabies. 10 stars for this place

Came here to get my cat spayed. They do come to your car to get your pet and bring them inside. I was able to email them my cat’s vaccination records since I didn’t have them printed out. Very professional

My sister took her 2 year old female cat here and 2 days later (today) the kitty passed away from a serious infection. Vet and emergency vet couldn't do anything to help. The cat was not moving, not self grooming, eating or drinking over 5 hours after the surgery before my sister picked her up. The technicians at the clinic should have noticed the issue and immediately sent her to an emergency vet. Instead they let her go home and assured my sister she was recovering normally. I've encouraged my sister to pursue legal action to have this clinic take responsibility for the loss they caused her.

This clinic is wonderful! Very kind, knowledgeable.& professional. I just had my male cat neutered & he did so great! I can not say enough about the service Simba & I received. I will not go to a "vet" for any future services that they provide. So much more affordable but more than that just efficient & real caring. They have their " act together"! Please support this clinic. We need them in our area.

I had dropped my dog off and two hours later i was called to pick him up. They said take your dog to a full service vet then reschedule with us. My dog had already been to a vet and taken care of (rabies worms fleas etc) as a puppy. This is after I had waited two months to be seen because of they're busy schedule. Biggest waste of time. I'll be paying a little more and seeing my ordinary vet. I recommend you do the same.

I took my puppy here to get neutered and everyone was really nice and helpful! They're very good about giving you the cost up front and they also don't pressure you into adding on expensive optional tests or shots. The whole visit cost exactly what I was told it would with no surprises, which has never been my experience at vets. And best of all, I feel like the care he got here was just as good as our normal vets office! They even gave him a toy that had been donated :)

Great experience!! Called last week and got in this week. Very friendly staff. I brought in a stray cat that I have been taking care of. He is not very social around other people. They were very understanding. They explained everything in details for after care. I'm also glad that the meds that they give are not pills. The low cost and discounted vaccines helped with being able to make the Hemingway part of the family.
