If I Could Give 0!!! I WOULD!!! First all the employees are snobby, rude and ask for way too much information....? My ID? I've never been asked this at any other once upon a child....ever. Not just that, but I buy my child's clothes at once upon a child and I had 3 years worth of them to bring in. They wouldn't take any of it!!!....They claimed they take certain brands, and when I mentioned I bought all of this from them they then said they had standards.. 1. No holes. 2. No stains 3. No fabric peeling 4. Quality Funny, because none of what I brought was worn more than a few times, all in great condition, no stains, holes, peeling and again I bought them from Once Upon A Child and they were even all washed before bringing them in. Very unpleasant experience, immature employees, some of this locations prices are way out of the range for hand-me-down kids clothes, and they WILL NOT GIVE YOU MUCH IF ANYTHING AT ALL FOR YOUR UNWANTED KIDS CLOTHING. I am writing a novel because of how bad my experience was...Do Not Go here.

Would give 0 stars if I could, not very friendly or professional workers. I took in a ton of really nice name brand clothes, shoes, baby gear and was told they are “outdated” and “out of style”. I’m sorry but it’s hard for me to even find anything I even like on their racks, I know for a fact my stuff I had would sell. I don’t know how they stay in business with how they run their business. I would rather give my stuff away than come here again. Don’t waste you time coming in, you will surely be disappointed.

The girls working in the store are very rude! I witnessed them being rude to a couple that wanted to bring 3 totes and turned them away by 6pm when the website says 6:30pm. While shopping all you heard them do was complain about how much work they had to do! I won’t be back!

I decided to visit this store on today (7-12-22), and was not greeted by the employees. I did not want their rudeness to hinder me from finding some things, so I proceeded to shop. After entering, I realized the store didn’t have baskets for shopping so I asked the ladies if this store has baskets to ship with or just the bags. No one responded to my message again, and I had to repeat the question a third time. I almost felt like I wasn’t supposed to shop at THAT store, nor THAT LOCATION. I’ve been shopping at OUAC since my daughter was 6 and she’s now 20. I visit OUAC all over the U.S. and have had this experience one other time. I believe in not just sharing the bad experience, but also let everyone know how well or great the service was. However, for this store it was awful. Huge disappointment! I will not be visiting this store again.

Dropped off over $500 worth of clothes not knowing they pick out what they want and if you don’t come back that day and pick it up it is donated and I only gave me $30 store credit for $500 of name brand baby clothing I would of been better off posting it on Facebook and selling it myself .. Don’t Use unless you want to be ripped off or just want to get rid of clothes you don’t want.. Just want everyone to no before they go through the same thing I did… very disappointed..

All stores are not the same. If one store is having a sale then all the stores around the U.S. should be having the same sale. Store is small with limited items, compared to a another store I visited in Michigan. Great deals in all the stores!

This place buys and sells used children clothes. You can get cash back or credit for your kids used clothes. But they are very picky, and will reject your stuff for many reasons, even because they overstocked, or it’s out of season. If the garments or stained in anyway or show signs of many washings and wear they will give them back. They also take some toys in good condition along with strollers, baby beds etc. They also sell all the same items.

Once Upon a Child is a great store. I've been shopping at this store since my kids were babies. The store offers excellent values, nice products, and fair value for trade-in merchandise. The employees are extremely sweet, helpful, and always have smiling faces. The girls always give me top-notch customer service If I have questions while shopping or selling my items. Recently I went in to shop and needed help with a couple of things, and the one associate (I can't remember her name, she had pinkish blonde hair, I believe), was willing to go the extra mile and answered all of my questions and helped me find what I was looking for. I've had nothing but great experiences, and all the staff has always been exceptionally professional. I would highly recommend shopping here to everyone, especially if you're a new parent or on a budget.

The place is overall nice.. The prices are reasonable,but you will find somethings that are to pricey, and not the greatest quality.. I have never had an issue. I wish they would buy larger shoe sizes such as 5Y-7Y for the bigger kids.. I have managed to make okay money off my clothing, but you must realize they are trying to make a buck too..
