While looking at the shoes I noticed 2 employees gathered in one of the shoe aisles talking very loudly,I realized that one was a member of management and she was so loud, laughing like a cackling witch,very obnoxious and I'd never have guessed she was a member of management! When I tried to move to the aisle they were standing in they never greeted me or acknowledged that I was trying to shop for shoes,as they stood blocking the entire aisle! I felt like a total nusaince,like I was in their way instead of the other way around! I work for Tjx myself and I know this is definitely not the image they want to portray to their customers,there was absolutely no customer engagement to speak of except for the guy who rang me up,and he told me he was new! So the new guy was doing a great job while the cackling, cursing witch of a manager acted as if she was not even an employee of the store! I was pretty disappointed that Marshall's has someone like that gal running the store in the evening. I will say the store was very clean and well organized and that's the only reason I gave 2 stars, otherwise it would've definitely been a 1 star review. C'mon Marshall's you got to do better than that! I was embarrassed for her and definitely embarrassed for the store in general to have such an obnoxious unprofessional lady as part of their management,and part of the store in general. I probably won't be shopping at that location any time soon.

The workers were very nice. They stayed busy but would check from time to time to make sure you found everything okay. We haven't been to Marshalls since before Christmas and it was hectic then, but the spring and summer lineup is awesome. One of our favorite places to get everything. And the prices were better than Walmart, that says alot in itself. Thank you Marshalls and sales team for a great easy to shop evening

I would've went with a 5 however not only were customers extremely rude, but staff were constantly on top of us either watching for theft (and we were made to feel that way) or just lingering around. The girls at checkout were overwhelmed but doing their best. The stores prices were great but they have raised most ALL of their prices in order to make the lower price seem lower. I bought 3 items and it was over 70$.... not the Marshall's I remember

I was shopping at this store yesterday with a friend (12/20/21); and, I was impressed with the well-stocked inventory and the neatness of the store. More importantly, the sales associates were incredibly nice and welcoming. The store was crowded; but, the checkout was quick. I had to exchange a purchase later in the day and was so pleased to have been met with a smile; and when I apologized, the sales associate was so very kind and said to me that the customers were the top priority. I wish I had gotten her name. Great store....great staff. Thank you for making my last minute shopping a pleasure. Merry Christmas to all!

While much of Marshall’s products and deals are still great, I’m very disappointed in their new shoe department set up. Overall selection is a fraction of what they once offered and the display is cheap and uninviting. Sad because what was once a convenient way for a quick shop is now more of a waste of my time 🙁
