Wow completely shocked. This Walmart has it stuff together! Prices are what they are, no getting to the register and finding your item few dollars more. Customer service, friendliness needs work though when ever employee looks like they want to take a knife to you.

When we order from you the money is automatically held you don't wait but when the product isn't available we have to wait 7 to 10 business day for the payment process and now I gotta wait another 7 to 10 business days to get my money back. No one wants to wait 20 days for money y'all had instant access to. I will not be ordering from you in the future. I'm thankful I can use Instacart.

Found some that had a sign saying was 248.00 now 148.00 so my husband gets one we went to the register and it scanned for 248.00 my husband shows the lady where we got it with a like brand bikes and she still refused to give it to us for what was on the sign. Said a customer could have put it there in my opinion they need to put prices on each individual bike she also should not talk about customers with other employees. Walmart is getting awful with customer service. They don't even offer to help disable people out to their vehicles with their purchases.

No cashier at garden area . So we left our stuff and went to Lowe's. No problem with them. Cashier rung it up gave us our receipt with a smile and we left.

Every time I go to my Walmart supercenter, I am always pleased. I mostly get my things curbside to go, and I never have to wait very long and rarely have to have anything I’ve ordered substituted. The people working in that part of the store are very nice.

Where do I start, ok I bought a Metro-by T-Mobile phone card for $110.00 plus$4.00 for something so it was$114.00 on April 24,2020 . Well I tried to use it to pay my cell bill, but it wasn't working it said inactive card so l went to Walmart that l purchased the card at oh l didn't tell you that the older lady did not give me a receipt which comes with a smaller one that has your pin number on it . So when l went in l asked for a new receipt they printed me one but the customer service woman was rude and acted like l was a bother for her, so I was explaining it to her she didn't wanna hear anymore about this situation.I felt it best for me to just leave! So I went back in to Walmart(ON Chapman hwy.) And they got me a mgr to discuss this with , Timothy was the mgr name very rude so the bottom line on this long message is I want my money or credit my phone's account and I'll be happy ! I have to call for an associate to get a ladder to just get some waters. It's very time consuming. Same for other items women would be shopping for. They have very reasonable prices and most items are always in stock. I have personally found that of your looking for a specialty items your more likely to find it at Krogers or Public's however your going to pay a much higher premium for it. The online shopping is the best way to get a return on items that were not good such as fruits and vegetables. The last three watermelons I've bought were all bad. With all that being said, it is convinent and my granddaughter loves pushing her buggy with her baby doll. She loves wearing her mask in Walmart. The restrooms are not as clean as they should be.

Everything you could think of needing! I try to stay away from Walmart because I don't have any control. This place is addictive. I came in for two things and spent over $225.00. if you have no control at all, do delivery. It helps stay on budget. Lol. Very clean. Busy. The lines move along very quickly. Great place to stop.
