I was in there last night borwsing the 5 dollar bin they had seen some stuff my son would like so I was reading each item to see what I needed batteries for which is in the front of the store. The manager Market (The guy with dreads ask if everything was ok. I said yes. So I asked the lady that was working where the batteries was at. So I start walking over there and the guy was like can you come set all that stuff up here by the register. I was like I need to get batteries then I'm checking out. I needed the items cause several things called for batteries. So feeling uneasy I put everything down and walked out. Cause if he was concerned about my hands being full instead of standing there watching me he should have brought me a basket or bugging. Then he tried to tell me he was a manager . How you gonna be the manager trying to run them off.

I found what I was looking for but....this store is in a bad location. Next door is a place to buy legalized drugs, there is always a steady stream of clients, young, old and not so young. White, black, Hispanic and etc...my wife was with me one day, parked in the parking lot across the street in my car, the fumes and smell was so strong it made her physical sick. I go there (not the drug store) when I have shopping to do at other stores in that area. Tonight this family dollar was the closest to my home, it was near closing time.if don't need or want a high, go some place else to shop.

This place is very under staff. Merchandise still in boxes. No room to maneuver to get to items. The 2 stars are for the customer service . With the long lines, she's still cheerful. People like them deserve a raise / bonus.

Store closes at 10pm I went in around 9.30pm literally grabbed two things proceeded to the front as I approached the counter I see the cashier ringing up items I look around and see noone In line I stand there waiting patiently for this cashier to cash out herself having a history in costumer service I know you aren't aloud to cash out yourself but anyways I wait patiently for her to cash out her 10 to 12 items just to get to the counter to be told I can't buy my things with cash because she has no drawer smh should wait untill store closes to count down the drawer I will never be going back

Filthy floors, I tripped on a metal piece and almost fell when I first walked in the store and all the clerk said "you are about rhe 10th person to do that today" really? Dirty and not well stocked. I certainly will not go there again.

I went into the store today didn't find anything I want to buy then was accused of stealing on my way out . I feel insulted by this and no apology as well . I don't recommend coming here if that the type of service they offer .

I'm not sure what's going on, but this store use to be very clean, but as of late, extremely dirty floors which looks like they haven't been mopped in weeks, outdoor trash can overflowing at 8am which mean the staff the night before or the day before never emptyed the garbage. Disgusting! Poor mangement, however the female cashier's are really nice.

Usually I’m good with checking this before leaving the store but being in a rush I forgot. The food item I purchased was over two months expired. Gives me reason to believe they don’t check their perishable items on a regular. Won’t but anymore food items from this store

I would like to start off with I am kind of forced to go to this location because they have closed the location near me and this is the next closest. Second my concern and lack of tangible stars would be for the one I believe titled a manager is very rude. If passing she will cut you off and walk right in front of you, inappropriate conversations behind the counter or disrespectful interactions with employees in the way she speaks. Now I do not know her personally but my experience while in the store has kind of been off putting due to me being the type of person go speak up. I try to avoid the store if i can
