Their online process is seamless and in person you get to see the magic right before your eyes! Their flowers last and the arrangements are simply breathtaking and so unique! Southern Blossom saved Mother's Day! Pro Flowers decided to cancel my Mother's Day order without ever telling me so I was left scrambling the day of without any other options. Southern Blossom came to the rescue and delivered this beautiful arrangement the SAME DAY! I will never order from pro flowers again. Local shops all the way!

Oh my goodness! I called Southern Blossom Florist from Cincinnati Ohio late in the afternoon the day b4 Mother’s Day. I wish I would have thought to ask the lady’s name who helped me place my order for my 90-year old mother in law. She went above and beyond for my husband and I even sending a photo of my order AFTER it was paid for!!! To top it all off, the owner added a few extra plants! The writer of this review is very picky but I HIGHLY recommend Southern Blossom Florist!

Cannot say enough about our experience with Southern Blossom! We lost our father a few days before Christmas and due to the holidays it took some time in planning our dads funeral! Giovy could not have been kinder to me as my siblings and I knew what we wanted for the flowers around our father’s urn! They made it that much more beautiful! Gorgeous! Kindness and personal communication go a long way! Thank you!!!

I can’t speak more highly of my first experience with Southern Blossom. My boyfriend had a bouquet of roses delivered from another florist for our anniversary, and I wanted to give him an arrangement as well, since he had never received flowers before. I called Southern Blossom and gave an idea of a budget and general preferences; I went to pick up the wrapped bouquet later that afternoon, and I was amazed at the beautiful arrangement they had put together. It was beyond any expectations and is one of the loveliest “simple” bouquets I’ve seen, and he loves them. Everyone was so friendly, from the woman on the phone to the man who assisted me when I arrived. I look forward to using Southern Blossom again in the future.

We used Southern Blossom for our wedding after seeing their work at a wedding we attended. Very responsive to questions and very easy to work with! we did not live close so all of our meetings were through email or phone calls. All the designs were based off of inspo pictures from my pintrest wedding board and the reality was even better than I had envisioned! we did most of the decorations for the wedding in flowers and it was absolutely stunning. The price was better than anyone around and they went above and beyond to ensure my wedding was what I had envisioned. If you need a florist for you wedding, look no further.

I ordered a fruit/cheese basket and was grateful that Southern Blossom was providing this service because several other florists in Charlotte were NOT due to our time with covid! I would definitely order again from Southern Blossom and only 4 stars because there was a "disconnect" which I definitely accept responsibility for. Customer service would get rated 5+ in a heart beat!

To preface, I wish there was a 3.8*/5 on this ranking scale, because I wouldn't say the service and entire experience was completely average: Working with Southern Blossom Florist in planning our special day was such an easy, relaxing experience. The bridal bouquet and the bridesmaid's bouquets were very simple, beautiful, and everything I asked for. The lavender unfortunately started to droop very soon after the ceremony (the boutonnieres also had long lavender stems as well that drooped), so we probably should have went with dried lavender. We delivered all of the jars that we wanted to use for our wedding as well before our special day, and they made sure that all of those were filled and set up accordingly, which was very refreshing! The tie back arrangements at the arbor were STUNNING! I loved the artistry and creativity! When it came to day-of coordination, however, Southern Blossom was 3 hours late on our wedding day. What keeps me from giving Southern Blossom a 4/5 is that we tried contacting the vendor day-of, after 9:00 AM, and the phone number was only good for in-store. We also tried reaching out over social media and e-mail for an update on location, since we were unaware of commute trouble (and just to make sure everyone was okay), and there was no response. Unfortunately, one of the biggest marathons were happening that weekend in the Charlotte area, which effected commute, but the vendor assured us that they would be on-site by 9:00 AM the week of the wedding. Overall, there are a few communication tweaks that I would recommend improving, as well as discussing personal recommendations regarding florals chosen that may be effected by the elements. The staff was very friendly, and really helped in creating our vision to reality. I would use Southern Blossom again for arrangements, but not sure if I am able to for events quite yet (Later in the future, this could change).
