I walked into this store today to ask about getting bulbs replaced in my car for my headlight and my license plate lights. I had my daughter in the car and I asked for assistance and a very polite and extremely helpful man named Jeremy came out to help me. Not only did he help me find the correct bulbs that I needed but he went above and beyond to not only take them out, but teach me how to put them back in and replace them myself. Had I gone to a mechanic this would have been an easy $100 fix and taken much more time. I am so thankful for such great customer service and for such a polite and educational experience all at the same time! The world needs more customer service like this. Thank you so much for the help!

My daughter’s car gave out right at auto zone at the clayton location this past week. Sam was very customer service oriented and attended to our needs to ensure the car was working. Long story short the battery had died. Sam was able to check in the system and thankfully it was under warranty. Matthew another associate quickly replaced the battery and was also very helpful and friendly! Enjoyed the experience working with the staff at this location. Highly recommend their services! Started my Monday morning with a dead battery... went to auto zone bc they had the better deal. Never would i have imaged the custome service I would experience starting off the day. Jason the store manager is a one of a kind worker that is truly hard to find these days. He not only installed my new battery under 10mins but he also sent me a picture of my receipt as I had to get going. This rare experience truly erased the bad start to my day. Thanks a ton Jason!!

AutoZone is never my first choice when I need a car part. Most of the staff are friendly, they just don’t know much about the automobile industry. I will however find the best pricing on something very specific like Mobile 1 fully synthetic bearing grease. Other random things like an STP cartridge style oil filter kit for my V8 powered BMW 550i for $4.99. So, I price shop them on their website often. Sometimes I get lucky.
