This location does not care about servicing in a first come first served basis. They would also charge you for a failed inspection for a bad wiper blade, crack in the windshield, etc. Getting that $23 from you for 5 seconds of "work"

This store use to have my name, address, and history of my visits on the invoice along with observations made by technicians under the vehicle, what happen to that service? Put that information back on the invoice correctly or loose me as a regular. Service: Oil change
