DO NOT come here if you are a woman. My wife came to get her inspection and was told it would be $400+ for 2 back brakes. We went and bought new brakes and when I pulled the tires off, all 4 brakes were like new. We just went and got an inspection at another place and no issues with the brakes. I dont recommend this place. They are shady.

I am beyond angry with the service I received here. Yesterday my car broke down on the expressway and I had to have it towed. Now I’m paying $1,200-1,300 to have extensive repairs done bc Jiffy Lube shorted me by 3 quarts of oil at my last oil change. There are absolutely no leaks according to the mechanic and I have had zero leaks in my driveway. Never again. Service: Oil change

Do not get your oil changed at this Jiffy Lube location got my oil changed March 11, 2022 went on vacation made it close to home oil light came on and shortly after checking engine light came on car stalled and couldn’t make it to gas station across the street to check my oil fluids my boyfriend stated it was and was completely empty… boyfriend went and got 3 quarts of oil and car start right away but now I am having problems with car hopefully my motor is not messed up… corporate is involved … took it back jiffy lube they look under my car no leaks were found this all happened on 3/27/2022 so where did my oil go? If it’s not on the ground or coming out my exhaust .. I was definitely under the miles they suggested for reservice by at least 3,000 miles the dates are less than 3wks apart I just don’t get it how some that cost me $89.99 can possibly cost me thousands of dollars.. I think the no appointments is great but when you are rushing to get cars in and out mistakes can happen but this a too costly mistake Service: Oil change

Workers were great but the manager Sade Harris was absolutely horrible. The workers did not bolt the shield under my car correctly when I went to get an oil change- I drove off with something feeling really loose and weeks later the front shield scraped the ground while driving. I came in to get it fixed- they removed the part, said to call the manager to pay for the replacement.. the manager said it wasn't their fault and bolts were already missing. That's false. They refused to fix it. I asked to get a copy of the original receipt where the notes had stated that.. never got an email. Sade is shady. Don't do business here. Service: Oil change

They do a good job. Not sure about the work flow because we waited quite a while & watched as a vehicle would be worked on, then let sit for 5 or more minutes, then someone would do something to it & go away for another 5 or more minutes. Happened several times. EDIT went back today. Work flow was much smoother and though the wait was long, they did get the card in and out as quickly as they could.

They were speedy, professional and courteous. Devin was very helpful in the sign in process and helped us choose the right oil change for us without us feeling pressured like our first (and last) time at Take 5 (they almost blew up husband's car at Take 5). This time my husband felt comfortable sitting in the lobby and not feeling the need to watch them change his oil. That hasn't happened in a LONG time. Thanks guys we will be back!

These guys were incredible and without a doubt the best experience that I’ve had at any Jiffy Lube location! Highly recommend them!! Very attentive and professional; helped diagnose my power steering major issue. And though they couldn’t fix it they told me what I could do until I return to my shop out of state. Over and beyond customer service! Huge shoutout to Dawson for all this help. Hoping to move to this town and they just won me over as a future regular customer. Thanks again! I find all oil changes and auto service over priced these days. Jiffy Lube is in line with other places and usually offers discounts. They also check tire pressures and top off most fluids to ease the sting a bit. I use Jiffy Lube frequently. This particular store was pretty average with respect to cleanliness, etc. The staff was very friendly and efficient. They actually seemed to enjoy their jobs and it was super busy.
